On your technician's 2nd visit to try to install a new mainboard on furnace, he cancelled the job and left. He said my tenant opened the system so that he can't continue this job. My tenant said he just opened the mainboard panel so that it will be easier for the worker. It shouldn't be hard to communicate on this. Why would the tenant want to mess up the system as he lives there for 5 years and want to heater to work well ASAP?

Carlos did an excellent job on the maintenance of our furnace. He answered all my questions in a very respectful and thoughtful manner. I hope he can come next year for future maintenance.

Technician was on time, friendly and professional. He told me what he performed and then gave me a copy of the document. Great service.

Had a new central heating /ac installation today. I thought there was four technicians, but only two techs did the whole installation. I thought it was going to be a couple of days. These professionals did a clean and awesome job in about 8-9 hrs, replacement of everything.Nam and his coworker (didn't get his name) where super informative through the whole install, when I asked. When all was said and done. They gave me a tutorial of the whole system. My family and I are super happy not having to wonder if the system is going to work or not. Awesome job Service Champion 🏆👏👍

Our furnace had a yearly checkup on Tuesday 28 October by Kyle from Service Champions. Kyle was polite, friendly and knowledgeable ( characteristic of technicians from Service Champions). Kyle found the cause of the messages that we were receiving regarding a problem with the heating system. Kyle examined the ductwork and found restricted air flow in one duct. The emergency warning was being caused by a blockage of the duct due to a number of books that had fallen into the ductwork from the lowest shelf on a bookcase (carpenter for bookcase had not placed a grid over the duct opening). Kyle checked the circuit breaker panel to make sure that all was well in the electrical system. He ran the furnace to make sure everything was working correctly at the end of his examination of our furnace which consisted of 18 system checks. Kyle also examined the water heater function. Service Champions really are champions!

Highly responsive, friendly, and professional. The team quickly assessed the situation, made recommendations, and scheduled a replacement water heater within hours - not days or weeks. Their MVP program is worth every penny. Thanks Service Champions!

Carlos was very experienced at his job. He also helped me some other small projects that I had around my house. He was very easy to work with.

I cannot recommend Cameron highly enough! He came out to service our HVAC systems and was friendly, incredibly professional, punctual, and thorough!

Your technician sold me an air filter today for $366, and I found that the same filter costs $125.54 from Amazon. I would like to return that filter (which is still in a box and not installed) to you and get a refund.

Service Champions are the best! I highly recommend them for all your AC/heating needs. All stars for them!

Was looking for same day service. Called this business after reviewing the website that clearly states they have all kinds of urgent/same day options. Phone tech confirms they'll help. I ask if they can do today, they insist on getting all the contact information first including name, phone, address, and then tell me that they don't actually have availability. They say "it's Sunday" (like I don't know already) and insist on booking an appointment for Monday, which doesn't work for me. I found the tech to be pushy and "strongly recommend" we just go with Monday. Honestly- my feedback to the business owner here is I walked away feeling like I wasted 15 mins of my time AND your agents time, for no reason.

Technician Jose did fantastic job to go through our a/c and heating system. He gave us important recommendations. He was professional and courteous.

Barett (The technician) who did the job, was very polite, friendly pleasant and professional.
He really deserves some types of promotion and/or appreciation from Service Champion. -
Over the years that I have used Service Champion, I have been impressed with the quality of their service and their crews. Today, I had him (Max)address a slow draining shower problem. On the same visit, he checked all of my bathrooms and noted what needed attention— but without trying to pressure me. I got a lot of information. The price was also reasonable. I will continue to use this company.

It took the guy 2 hours at $150+ an hour to determine that I should order a new thermostat. I had to use google and bring up diagrams for the wiring. His boss, who he spent way too much time on the phone with didn’t know about Vivint system thermostats. It feels like I paid a guy to slowly toil around and discover something super simple. $400 to be told I need a new thermostat.

Kyle was very thorough. He worked much longer than I expected but he said he wanted to be sure everything was just right. He was very nice to have around and very polite. I would highly recommend Service Champions.

Be wary. Initially, we thought that we were getting great advice and service from them. We had people come out and look at both our air ducts and water pipes for an issue that we had.
Their recommendation was to replace all our air ducts (> $30K quote) and the plumber they sent out didn't even want to get into the crawl space and started making suggestions for what we needed to do without a proper inspection. He reluctantly got into the crawl space but didn't use a camera which was the entire reason he was sent out in the first place.
Fortunately, we called several other companies to get a second opinion. Both HVAC companies told us NOTto replace the ducts. The plumber we ended up hiring found the real issue which was that the slope/grade of the pipes were too flat. He also installed a new cleanout and the total cost of repair was over $2500 cheaper than quoted, not to mention Service Champions weren't going to address the slope.
I'm sure other people have gotten great service from these guys based on all the positive reviews but I would just be cautious and get at least a second opinion if they are telling you you need a big repair job. The other companies I called all said that Service Champions has a tendency to want to do unnecessary work. Maybe they are being thorough or cautious, but just be wary. -
Our service technician, David Urrutia was very nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job of telling us our options of repairing our heater furnace or buying a new one. Strictly because the service that David provided we are going to purchase a new furnace with Service Champions. David also talked us into the MVP membership so we can get a discount on our new furnace.Thank you David for all your help.
