Acme backflow has performed my required backflow testing for multiple years in row. They send me a reminder on a timely basis and show up as scheduled and submit all necessary paperwork. No worries.

Mark and Shelley are consumate professionals. Shelley every year make sure to remind me well in advance that my backflow certification is due each year. I no longer wait for my city notification - instead I schedule with them for my testing to be done. They show up on time, execute with timeliness, and entertain my kids funny questions while performing the work. Can't say enough about this team. And, if you're one of the 150k or so Bay Area residents or contractors who know what I'm talking about - you should call ACME. They do back flow certifications and a lot more if you need them repaired. The other vendors I'd used before either flaked, or rescheduled, and were less than professional. If you're going to let someone in your house or on your property, you have choices people - choose ACME

Unreliable. I drove an hour to be home for their appointment and they came and then left without doing the work trying to schedule another time. There are a lot of vendors. Don’t use this one.
