The technician was great at explaining what needed to be replaced. I appreciate that very much.

I was expecting him at 7am and he was 30 minutes late with no contact to let me know that he was running late. The tardiness impacts my schedule for getting kids to school and me to work.

The technician was scheduled to arrive between 12 noon to 1:00 pm, instead the technician shows up before 11:00 am which was very disruptive as I was online for a very important meeting for work. The technician should have waited until 12 noon to ring my door bell as I planned to be out of the meeting by 12 noon.

I was on the highway and the pickup truck number 344 is very aggressive I don't know what his agenda is but does he wanted to break check me and get me an accident or someone else get accident by whoever the Can-Am driver is? It's not your truck dude it's your company's don't be rude. Stop cutting people in lanes!

Truck number 344 aggressively cut me off and was tailgating me and others very bad. I need to speak with some one from HR, I also have it on my dash camera footage.

***Update may 14, 2024 still no response from anyone from the company. I will be posting the full dash camera video of the driver cutting me off along with the company name and truck license plate number.

Driving East Bound 580 at about 4 pm I got aggressively cut off after being tailgated by truck 344 Plate #24924P3. Taking a look at the reviews it seems like this is a trend for this long bearded driver. I'll make a point of never using your services as from the looks of it if you don't care about your driver's giving you all a bad name, you obviously won't put the care into the work you do either.

I was driving in Modesto today 4/22/25 around 2:40pm and one of your employees in truck 341 or 344 (it was hard to see considering how fast they were going) was riding my bumper my whole way home. Mind you I was already going over the speed limit! They were also doing this to everyone else and weaving in and out of traffic the whole 20 mins I seen them on the road! Ridiculous!!! I also reported this to PD!

Very helpful on a Sunday to guide us quickly on the phone in solving our leaking refrigerator water line problem. Just took a minute for him to help us solve the problem.

We had a slow water leak that wasn't detected for some time apparently. Our water bill higher and higher. We called the Pleasenton Plumber, and they found the leak in a short period of time, they fix it, and we were good again. I'll use them again.

We needed a water heater replaced in our rental house fast. Pleasanton Plumbers were able to come out that very day. It took them about 3 hours start to finish. Very clean and efficient.
