We had Roman remove our old kitchen sink and install a new one as well as install a reverse osmosis system and he did a fantastic job. He showed up on time, got the old sink out in no time and had the new one installed with no problems and no mess. He was quick and courteous and everything had worked perfectly without any issues. I would definitely recommend Roman and URV to anyone and would use them again.

Roman from URV Projects did a fantastic job. He removed our old toilet, installed the new one (which required shimming and caulking), cleaned up, and all done efficiently and with a very friendly and respectful attitude. Highly satisfied with his work.

Unfortunately, I can’t remember the technician’s name, but the communication with this company was great! Was called immediately after placing the order to setup an installation date. On the day of installation, he called 45 minutes in advance to let us know he was on his way. Professional and cleaned afterwards! ( I’m sure the company can look up who installed my job. He definitely deserves a bonus!) thank you!!

Needed a toilet replaced and went through Home Depot. URV contacted me as soon as toilet was purchased and set up the first available appointment and also sent reminders. Day of installation, Roman Ugrimov was the assigned plumber. He arrived promptly was able to unpack, install new toilet, and remove the old one in about an hour. It was on the second floor too and he did a great job. Very efficient and smooth.

Needed to find a company that would service my hair salon on a Sunday, the only day we are closed. We had any shampoo bowl that was draining too slowly. URV returned my call promptly and set us up for the next day. Roman did a great job for a very reasonable price. We'll use them again in the future.

Awesome company with people that know what they are doing!

Their van was driving through Castro Valley and Hayward on Grove Way and B Street the morning of 4/11/2023. Very aggressive driving and almost caused an accident. Maybe the same person as in the last review.

This plumber was in my town and seemed drunk. I wish I had someone with me to take a picture of their license plate but seemed as though they were drunk and driving like an a-hole. He was burning out and driving all over 20 mph over the speed limit. If you use this company just know that their employees do not care for the safety and lives of others. I would never use this company if this is how they allow their employees to drive.
