Spent 250 $ for nothing . I called them for one problem and that was not fixed . I specifically told the lady who was setting up the appointment that my issue was the RO system and the person who showed up told me they dont do appliances and now that he is here he is going to charge me .

This was no easy task - an ancient rusted shut drain! Dave had to greet the spiders in the crawl space and replace an old-old drain pipe so that the tub would drain! Otherwise it took all night and then some to drain the tub. Great tenacity, great work.

Called the office and asked for the best plumber in copper pipe soldering work. I got Dave came onsite to repair leaks on the water main copper line due to poor solder joint from before. Dave gave me the estimated time to repair, parts needed in this case the main shut off valve to the house was replaced. The repair was done on time, on budget! The soldering work Dave did simply one of the best I have seen. Good job!

I easily made an appointment on a Friday and was able to receive a service call first thing Monday to fix a broken furnace. One star.

Unfortunately the technician was not pleased with the bid that had been issued and let me know in no uncertain terms. I regret the problem of intra-office miscommunication, but was careful to verify our terms before
placing the request.

I called Savior Plumbing to quote me the repair price for installation of two toilets, and a garbage disposal. Also, I was told (by a different plumbing outfit) that my sewage pipe under one of the toilets was leaking. The quote previously provided seemed outrageously high. Savior came out and charged me only for materials and their hourly rate. And guess what...That sewage leak did not really exist! Kleilyn (Savior plumber) went under the house and took video of exactly where the leak was coming from. It was a wax toilet seal that had failed. Kleilyn (Savior Plumbing) saved me thousands of dollars and was polite, punctual, and professional. I plan to use Savior Plumbing for all my plumbing needs!

Our warranty company send 4 different plumbing companies out to fix a leak. None were willing/able to fix. I called Savior Plumbing and they were on time, professional and fixed the leak allowing us to our our sink finally! Super happy customer here!

Plumber Dave installed timer/pump with timer facing wall. Had to suggest that he add a 4" riser to be able to properly turn and view timer. Then at the end, charges me incorrectly for additional parts and labor. 5 stars to Amanda for quickly assuring that I was due a refund for the inappropriate charges. The work that was done was well done.

Savior Plumbing had to do a two day, intensive job at our house. We had roof rats eat through all of the pipes, including the kitchen sewage pipe under our house and had also eaten some pipes inside our kitchen wall, under the sink. The smell was awful and they had to get a remediation team, which they promptly called for me and set up work for the next day. They were prompt, very friendly, honest, hardworking, and were extremely thorough and communicative than any other company I have ever hired! This is my 3rd time using them and all three times, I have had a great experience; they saved me a lot of stress from this bad situation!
