I spotted this business truck Aggressive driving on the road.

They sent out a very inexperienced tech who went ahead and cut the main water pipe without knowing where the shut off valve was. Needless to say 3 [expensive] hours later he was unable to fix it and I had to call someone else.

I had Diablo Plumbing replace my sewer lateral, required by EBMUD through the PSL program. Called them out to inspection my sewer, had a bid written up and sent to me within a day or so. They took care of the PSL Certificate and everything else involved in the process. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Will definitely be calling back for any additional work.

Made 3 Appts. Each time was told an emergency came up and they won’t make it: the first 2 times, the rude rep. Pretty much said it’s my fault for signing up for the 10-noon slot, as if the prevous work takes longer, they won’t be able to show up. For the 3rd appt. made it for 8am. When called at 8:30 to make sure they will actually show up this time, was told there was an overnight emergency, and that they won’t show up.
I don’t know why they just decline residential work in the first place instead of playing these games for 3 months.

I called around to several plumbing companies and they by far provided me with the best customer service and their prices are fair. I called in for a clogged shower drain and the ladies in the office were thorough and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule an appointment with one of their technicians the day after. The technician arrived on time and completed the job sooner than I expected. I will continue to use them for future services.

Great experience! They were able to come out and repair a washer hookup a day after making an appointment. Fernando was very friendly, got the work done quickly and went out of his way to save me some $$.

Diablo's Plumbing did an amazing work at our office building.

Waited 6 hours (1-4 window, showed up after around 7:45pm) for a simple fill and flush valve swap. Plumber arrived tired and unprepared. Have to walk through how the job needs to be done as the plumber was saying how he doesn’t like Toto toilet and didn’t even know how to take the water tank apart.

A week later (went for a trip) a slow drip from the connection appears. It’s a Toto toilet so requires removal of the water tank to access the connection. Called customer service. Flat out told me they can send someone over but I might have to pay.

I totally understood it’s not a big job. But still, better customer service and care can go a long way :)
