Carl, from Valley Plumbing in Pleasanton, came to install 2 new faucets in my master bathroom. He also installed a recirculating pump to my water heater. He did a fantastic job! He made sure that everything was in working order and double-checked all his work before leaving. I highly recommend Valley Plumbing for any plumbing needs, and especially Carl, who is so knowledgeable and professional, and very personable.

Update—There was an issue with the recirculating pump that was installed yesterday. About 4 hours after Carl left, I only got hot water from my cold water tap. This happened in every faucet in the house but one. I had to disconnect the pump. Carl returned today after I called Valley Plumbing and reported the issue. He re-checked the pump and the faucets, and figured out that there was a problem with the valve in my shower! He replaced the valve and everything is in working order. Very pleased with Carl and Valley Plumbing!

I had the pleasure of having Kirk from valley plumbing fix a toilet and a shower issue. Kirk was very friendly, courteous, highly skilled and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to the issues I was having and explained to me what options were available, repair/replace, etc. He made sure to update me every step of the way. He went over the work with me to make sure I was happy. He even checked the water pressure to the house.

I am thrilled with the work Kirk and Valley plumbing provided. I would definitely recommend them. I will be using them again.

We have been using Valley Plumbing for my UBEO office in Pleasanton for years. They ALWAYS do what they say, when they are going to do it. Our most recent call was to have a toilet replaced. Carl, always the professional, let me know the window of time he would be there, in advance so I can notify staff, then sent an email and text message telling me he was on his way. The job was completed fast, professionally and he checked in with me before he left. 5 stars is NOT enough for Valley. :)

I highly recommend Valley Plumbing. I contacted them regarding a leakage issue with my irrigation backflow preventer, and not only did they resolve the problem quickly and honestly without overcharging, but their communication and appointment setup were also smooth and professional. In particular, Mike Cheney went above and beyond—he not only fixed the issue but also explained how I could perform future water pressure and gas line checks myself. This was truly service beyond just problem-solving, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Mike was friendly and professional. Fixed my toilet and gave me good information when my condo complex turns off the water. Will call them again if I have any plumbing problems.

Mike Cheney was great. Explained everything and took care of our problem in a timely manner. Asked him about another plumbing issue I had and he was quickly able to take care of it. Nice to have someone you can trust and feel good about.

Carl and Ritchie were thorough, professional, neat, and did high-quality work. They talked us through everthing over the course of a full day.

Turns out that Paul M had missed a few things. Jonathan quickly came over to fix what Paul M had missed. Everything seems to be working fine now. I am satisfied that things were resolved promptly.

I own a dance studio and needed a plumber. Carl was amazing! As soon as he arrived, he worked quickly and let me know what he was doing and what would need to be done as he was going along. He cleaned up everything afterwards, even though I said I could. He was very professional and did not disrupt the instructor or students as they were arriving for classes for the afternoon. He was kind, knowlegebale and efficient! I would definitely recommend Valley Plumbing Home Center, Inc. to others and they'd be lucky to have Carl be the one to help them out.

I had scheduled a replacement of the wax seal, and interior valve of a toilet. The leak from the seal turned out to be a bigger issue. However, Paul had the necessary expertise and parts to do the necessary repair.
Paul is efficient, very professional, and very neat (plumbing work can be a bit messy).
I highly recommend Paul and Valley Plumbing. They have done work for me in the past, and I would call them again without hesitation.

The entire process with Valley Plumbing was seamless from start to finish. We had a toilet with a loose lid and some parts that needed replacing. The appointment was easy to schedule - they do schedule in 4-hr blocks of time, so you do need to have some time set aside. I appreciated the text notification letting me know that the technician was on his way. It had his name and picture, and the ability to track. Our technician, Paul, was on time, professional, polite, helpful, and efficient. He also very respectful of any requests. It was a relatively simple job but he still communicated with me throughout the process so there weren't any surprises. They were transparent with all costs, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Valley Plumbing and will be using them going forward.

Our service involved a toilet that no longer flushed and a shower valve that would not turn. Although the tech., Paul, was unable to repair/fix the problems he was friendly and gave helpful advice / direction for next steps.

I have used Valley Plumbing many times over the last 25 years. They do great work at a fair price. This time they replaced my water heater and did their usual great job.

We have a 1921 historic home. The home's former owners always relied on Valley Plumbling--especially with an100 year old toilet and bath tub--and we rely on them too. We find their plumbers efficient and honest.
