Carle was out twice with two different jobs with our kitchen sink.
One was to replace leaking pipes under the sink and the other to install a beautiful new faucet.
He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and did an excellent job with both repairs!
I highly recommend him.

Carl was able to fix a leak which was in a very difficult area to access. He was courteous, respectful and thorough. It is obvious that he I very knowledgeable. I was completely satisfied with his work.

Carl came out to look at our shower which was not delivering hot water but the sinks in the bathroom were. A shower cartridge need to be replaced. We had another plumber come out earlier and could not get the shower lever off. Carl had a similar issue but found a second screw to take out. Change out was fast with no mess. Courteous and approachable for questions. Great service!

Johnathan was our plumber and he did an excellent job on the installation of our new kitchen sink and disposal. He was very polite and explained everything very clearly. We will definitely use Valley Plumbing Home Center for any future projects.

My wife was happy to see that Carl was the one to show up as he has been here in the past and the jobs have always gone well. I was going to use a handyman to replace my toilet's flapper, flush valve, refill tube, the water line to the tank, and the valve for the water line, but decided not to. I knew that Valley Plumbing would do a great job in a much shorter length of time. I have used Valley Plumbing for many years, as did my parents. They always have done an excellent job. The technician was very professional and very nice. I received a text plus and email prior to him showing up to let me know he was coming. There was also a photo of him. He surprised me when he was done in such a short time. He replaced the water valve and the water line with much better material. I loved talking with Carl. I found that Jonathan is very experienced and got the job done perfectly. He and his partner figured out how to repipe the line through the attic and through the beams and down to the kitchen manifold. Jonathan was able to minimize cutting through the drywall to repipe the line. Absolutely, brilliant of him! I had other estimates for a leaky pipe from other plumbers and they wanted to repipe the whole house which cost a lot of $$$$$$. I was fortunate to call Valley Plumbing! Valley Plumbing fixed my tankless Navien water heater, which was leaking. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The technician was knowledgeable and professional, quickly diagnosed the root cause, and helped me contact the vendor to warranty the replacement part. A small issue came up after two days, but when I called again during the holiday, their on-call technician was able to come out right away and fix it with no charge(30 days labor guarantee). Now my water heater is running perfectly fine. Anyway, if the hourly rate overall were a little cheaper, it would be perfect.
