Alex was extremely helpful when I experienced issues with very high water pressure caused by expansion after my PRV was replaced with a different model. He recommended a temporary solution to safely address the high pressure issue until the water heater could be replaced and the expansion tank installed in its permanent location.

Almaz was the plumber who helped us, we needed urgent help on a Sunday, he checked the problem and come back the next morning with all of the parts to fix the issue. I was having a problem with thermostat of my tankless electric water heater. Called several plumbers, unfortunately most of them are not knowledgeable with fixing Rinnai thermostat. United plumbing was Ai recommended. They have a very friendly customer service. I was referred to Yuri, (he also go by Tom) he was very quick, efficient and thorough. He explained everything in details. He even sent me pictures of the job. And best of all, the price was reasonable. I would definitely call them again for my plumbing and water heater problems.

I live in a house that started to only output lukewarm water at all times of the day. Instead of randomly guessing the issue, based on random articles on my own, I decided to reach out to plumbing services in my area.

United HVAC and Plumbing were one of the first to reach out and with an offer of a free quote whereas several others charge. I had the pleasure of having Viktor B from United HVAC and Plumbing come help the same day.

He was very knowledgeable, using his sense of touch and various ways to determine any and all issues with the water heating system. He immediately found the issue which was that cold water was being mixed into the hot circulating around the house and even taught me a bit of how everything worked very patiently. He blocked off the pipe to resolve the symptom of the issue for the night while he sent me a quote and scheduled for repairs the very next day. On president’s day no less!

My family got to enjoy hot showers and warm water that night. Viktor B came back the next day with everything needed to replace the broken pump and gate that was supposed to prevent cold water from circulating. He fixed it in less than 3 hours which was amazing! He even ensured that the area in which he worked on was very clean! Almost all of the mess was because of my dad’s old clutter hoarded in the corner by the boiler but it came out very spotless.

I had an excellent experience with United HVAC Plumbing Company. They were able to come out the same day to fix a leaking water pressure valve, which was such a relief. The technician was not only quick but incredibly thorough, even taking the time to double-check the water pressure at our sinks to make sure everything was working properly.

Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish—professional, responsive, and truly helpful. I really appreciate the quality of their work and the care they put into making sure the issue was fully resolved.

Pilot light went out on our water heater and he walked me through how to restart it over the phone. No charge. Awesome service.

I have used Rivers a couple times now from air conditioning to water heater repair and they have been great. Very quick and responsive to fixing my housing problems.

We called this company to come see if they could do a repair. The woman who answered kept cutting me off, she never even let me describe what my problem was and then laughed and said “I’ll pass.”

They were extremely rude and unprofessional. We could not even get a word in without being cut off by the lady.

Just the way they interact with customers I would not want them to come to my property.

I’ve had a couple repairs over the past 3 years and always had excellent service. Very professional, right down to Kimberly working the phones.

I don’t know if you can get cheaper (it’s all pricey around here!), but I doubt you can get better.

Fantastic service! Our hot water heater went out and Hristo was able to come out and get us fixed up fast. He explained everything and gave us all our options, no pressure and incredibly helpful
