As always, very ably and swiftly they did the cartridge fix. And also replaced the shower valve trim. I am glad I shopped around. I had 4 plumbers come in and quote. They all started with 1000 dollars and 1 had the audacity to quote 2000, making me feel sick to the tummy. These wonderful people came in and got it all done for the fraction of the cost. I would recommend them Anyday for their professionalism, knowledge, and skill for the craft. Glad to have sincere , honest , and able people in the neighborhood.

United Plumbing Is a great company to go through for new water heater replacement. Called company and Rhea came out for free estimate. She gave me what I felt was a good deal especially for the water heater I really wanted the Bradford White. Service technician Serg came early next day by himself and replaced my old water heater with new one … he did a wonderful job and had it all done within 3 hours. I went through a few South Bay Companies but felt United Plumbing gave me the best deal after crunching the numbers. Was gonna try to just buy my own and install it but heard to many bad stories with the out the box heaters you buy at Lowe’s and Home Depot … I wanted the best quality heater for my dollar which was the Bradford White ! … I strongly recommend United Plumbing they are quick about getting your water service up and going again and if you catch them early enough they could have it done within the same day !! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

We had low water pressure and called United plumbing (woman who answer the phone promptly was very pleasant) and they came out the same day. The plumber, Zak diagnosed the problem quickly: the pressure regulator had to be replaced, which he did within 30 minutes, tested it and our water pressure came back to normal . He also told us how we can replace our old shower head ourselves and where to go to look at them. Quick, knowlegeable, honest and pleasant , we will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues we may have. Highly Recommend!

This team definitely deserve the high score in review. I like their quick response and well organized work flow. Andrey is the plumbing technician who helped me to fix the fire pit. Andrey diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. He fixed the problem and made my fire pit work again. He is also very friendly and polite. They are honest in price. I would hire them again.

I highly recommend United plumbing. I contacted them in the afternoonon 2/10/26 they were able to come out that same day for an estimate and the next morning at 9 AM showed up on time and did an amazing job replacing my water heater. Mike, the technician was a pleasure to work with.

My aunt recommended these guys after she had a leak at her water heater and needed someone to come out asap. They were so responsive (came out in about an hour) and did great work. When our water heater had a problem, I called in the evening and had Viktor out to the house the following morning. He diagnosed the issue and even figured out for us that the part we needed was still under warranty. He came back the following morning to repair it. Everything was speedy and professional with upfront pricing. Highly recommend these guys.

Very professional people, on the phone and at the job. Able to get to my job in the promised time window. Good communication on their ETA as well as the job estimate. Plumber able to determine my needs quickly and solved an issue expertly. Wore shoe-cover to protect my floor, and used a heat shield to protect my paint. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and everything was tested and cleaned up before calling it a job complete.

Almaz and Alex did a great job! They spent about five hours trying to clear a clogged pipe that contained very old material accumulated over the years. And they did it successfully! I liked their professionalism. Will definitely call them again if needed.

Great communication from the start. Yuri, the technician, showed up within the window which is always great. He called me and explained each situation I wanted them to check out and provided me honest pricing for the repairs. I did not feel pressured to say yes nor did I think the pricing was unfair. We had issues w our kitchen sink and disposal spitting back water after use. United Plumbing was very swift to respond and came the day after I called them to do the repair. Viktor was professional prompt and super easy to work with and also gave us good advice about other installations we were interested in for our home. He cleaned up really well too. Called United on Christmas morning because we woke up to a leak underneath the kitchen sink. They said they didn’t charge extra for holidays and could have someone here at 11am to do a free diagnostic. Zac showed up and he was great. Explained everything clearly and showed us a detail of the projected cost. Seemed very reasonable to us and Zac went ahead with the work. All work was done without mess and completed in a short timeframe. We are happy with our new kitchen sink water valves. We highly recommend Zac and United HVAC and Plumbing.

Igor was incredibly responsive and thorough in helping me when my water heater died after work on a Thursday. By Friday morning at 9 AM, he had coordinated an install with Andre who arrived punctually and did an exceptional-and fast- installation and very thorough cleanup!

The dispatcher was very helpful and was able to schedule Almaz O to come out the same day. He arrived on time and was polite and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem was the clogged drain between house and the main sewer line. He worked efficiently to fix the problem and explained their warranty after the work. We had our whole house re-plumbed, water heater and toilet replaced, and damaged ductwork replaced in the crawlspace. Also a crawl space sump pump was installed. All work was done in a timely manner and various employees involved were courteous and responsive to questions and concerns. The price seemed reasonable though I did not price shop. We are quite happy with the results and work is guaranteed for a reasonable period. I definitely would hire them for plumbing jobs and HVAC work if needed in the future.
