Johnathan was fantastic. He was able to replace a thermostat shower cartridge instead of changing the control valve requiring a large cut in the shower wall. For the first time we have almost instant hot water after installing the Comfort System for recirculating hot water. The installation was super fast and we saved money. Paying less than the original work order on the shower alone. Area was left clean and tidy. Great work Johnathan and thank you for looking out for us.

We love Valley Plumbing! Our tech today, Carl, was fantastic! We had (3) leaking faucets that needed to be replaced and also our master shower drain.
From the moment I welcomed Carl into our home I immediately felt at ease. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable.
Carl clearly communicated what needed to be replaced and quickly got to work on removing old faulty fixtures while awaiting confirmation from his parts division on the eta of new replacement fixtures.

From the beginning to the end, the experience was smooth and stress free. I had a very unique bathroom with various high end fixtures needing to be installed. Toto Vanity wall Faucet, Toto toilet installation which required cutting my large format tile floor and adjusting my toilet flange, thermostatic Brizo shower valve with 6 way diverter, 3 separate shower heads, a steam head outlet, and a steam generator unit in my attic. Yuri did it all and made it look easy.

I'm a stickler for details and Yuri was extremely professional and communicated transparent answers to all my questions. He finds a solution to any challenges. The man knows his plumbing! The quality and experience shows for itself. I even wanted a slight adjustment on my shower valve settings the next day and Yuri was back out within 45 mins of me calling to perform the adjustment no questions asked at no extra charge.

I was shopping around for a plumber for this job and I am extremely pleased I decided to go with United Plumbing! They have a way of instilling confidence by being a good business. I will definitely be using them again for my future projects or if I need any type of plumbing repairs or services.

IMPRESSIVE—— Sewer line backed up and using Yelp I put out Service Requests. United was one of the first Responders and their communication tech is incredible. I type in Yelp and immediately I get responses in Yelp, on my IPhone, with live phone calls to discuss. Almaz O. was a truly nice guy, explained what was needed, and priced me competitively. I seriously could not be happier with this positive experience getting a nasty problem fixed.

Had running toilet, called United and they sent out Viktor a few hours later . He fixed the problem-Viktor was very professional and was very nice guy -price was very reasonable. I have used United a number of times and they always do a great job

This company was very fast in responding to our needs. The free estimate was very much appreciated and the job did not go over that estimate. The gentleman that came was very polite and friendly. He explained the problem and tended to it immediately.

I sent out a yelp request for a plumber to assist with replacing a garbage disposal, and their team responded *immediately* offering a free same-day, in-person assessment of the problem & quote, and offered the possibility of completion of service same day - all of which was compelling, given the inconvenience of having to use the bathroom sink as a kitchen sink. 😅

There was a bit of a challenge with the Initial 2 HR scheduled appointment window, with the technician (Almaz) running a bit late due to challenges with a prior project, however the communication/followup by the customer service person (Ivy) was helpful when I reached out to inquire, and in the end, the technicians arrival was still within a half hour of the original window, and he was very kind, apologized for the delay, went straight to work reviewing the issue, and confirmed the problem very efficiently – within minutes.

Turned out they were unable to schedule same-day completion in this case, but Almaz then thoughtfully scheduled me for an appointment first thing the next morning (so as to prevent the possibility of additional delays throughout the day, again) and he showed up just as he said he would - at the very start of the morning time slot – literally on the dot – and completed the project efficiently, seemingly with considerable care, and exactly in the time estimated.

Thus, I am happy to give them a high rating for overall service, in spite of the initial small hiccups, and will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing projects, as the overall experience was exceedingly positive.

Almaz did a great job on my clogged kitchen double sink. It had to be snaked twice and he replaced all the piping. I’m grateful he didn’t give up after the first snake and recommend something much more expensive. He was fixing the drains for hours. I will be coming back to this company for future plumbing needs. 100% recommend.

After contacting many plumbing companies and being disappointed, I cautiously reached out to a few companies this time as well. The conclusion is incomparable. Very professional company. Kitchen sink needed clearing. Had it done 5 years ago by another company and surprised it clogged up so quickly, I watch that I don’t pour oils or put food items into garbage disposal.

Communications: 5 stars. Texted me to provide me updates on arrival time and name of technician that will be performing service.

Service: 5 stars. I had Zak P, very courteous and communicated what is to be done. I felt there was a small leak somewhere but couldn’t locate it prior to his arrival. He found that the P trap was damaged and needed to be replaced, likely from previous plumber. Zak also discussed what to be aware of if future clogs may occur elsewhere in the house, we searched for the main P trap for the house and he indicated this is where things may back up in the future.

He then showed me that the angle stop valves in the kitchen sink is old and could be a problem soon. My dad was a contractor and I used to do home repairs but hate doing plumbing. I know the home builder did a crappy job on the plumbing in the home and could see this is going to be a problem soon. So will schedule repair of this for next time.

I contacted United HVAC & Plumbing through Yelp when I found one of my outdoor water spigots leaking. They contacted me immediately (even though it was a Sunday). There was a plumber at my house the next afternoon. Zak was very professional, worked as quickly as possible, and they charged a very reasonable price. Would use United again in a heartbeat.
