Technician came within 45 minutes of initial call and completed the work quickly. Very satisfied.

1.poor customer care- I called the customer representative for an emergency service. They were so rude in telling me the fact that they are booked and won’t be able to schedule for an emergency. They started blaming me and the property management for lack of coordination and hung up the call. Very poor customer service by the business.
2. Temporary fix for sink clogging - My HOA uses them to fix the plumbing issues at place and they always tend to make a temporary fix. This was the 3rd TIME we were facing the same issue and still they won’t help us out knowing the fact that we can’t use our sink for 2 weeks.
3. Creating additional issues - The 2nd time this issue occurred they stopped the drinking line for some reason and did not fix that for a week meaning no drinking water in house for a week. They also had stopped the dishwasher.

I hope no one has to go through them for the issues. because GOOD LUCK with talking to the customer representative.

I still not so sure about this company. I will give them more stars once the job is complete. I just moved to this place so my HOA using them. First of all they made me waited for the plumber past two hours beyond the expected arrival time. They are sure friendly but I am not sure they know what they are doing. The staff was very nice when you called to for why there is delay. They said they fixed my hot water issue but that still need to be seen. Since they said they fixed hot water issue I have been waking up half an hour early every morning just to turn on all the faucets in my condo for hot water to come out. They said the air will eventually flushed out of the pipes and I will get hot faster than 30 minutes.

When our lovely office dog who shall remain unnamed decided to put our plumbing to the ultimate test (let’s just say… it didn’t go well), we were in deep trouble—literally. The team at Diablo Plumbing showed up faster than we could Google "emergency plumber," had a good laugh at our canine catastrophe, and got everything flowing smoothly again in no time. Professional, efficient, and with a great sense of humor—what more could you ask for?

Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs (dog-related or otherwise)!

Richy and Diablo did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond to get a tough situation in an old house fix and back in working order as quickly as possible!! Will not hesitate to call them again.

Sean S was the best! Found t h e problem and fixed the problem in record time. Would highly recommend this company. Responded to my problem quickly and sent a person who knew what was needed.

Had some water pressure issues in the kitchen area. Technician came out, assessed the situation. Made some recommendations and corrected the issue. On time with and service with a smile.

Sean was wonderful. Though he arrived later than expected, that was not his fault for the prior job running late, and he notified me appropriately. He went above and beyond to make sure our initial problem was solved but also that our toilet was properly reinstalled and sealed so that it would perform better for the long run. It wasn’t just a rush repair job. He took the time to explain things to me and answer questions.

$250/hr minimum 2 hours. Plumber was here for exactly an hour. Ran a probe to see the sewer situation. There are roots as I suspected. Packed up his stuff and I was $500 poorer and my sewer is still having problems. They get your credit card on file before they will schedule an appointment.

I have a sudden leak, and Diablo Plumbing was able to arrange emergency service the same day!

The technician Joe Sensi is very professional, he provided a work around solution which is better than I thought originally.

I highly recommend the Diablo plumbing if you have similar needs!

Valley Plumbing comes highly recommended. We needed a leaky faucet in the bathroom fixed and they were very easy to deal with, convenient and quick appointment times. They fixed it at a reasonable price. Kirk was very professional and knowledgeable as well. They’re also getting me a quote for a Moen whole house leak detection and automatic shut off valve. I’m an insurance agent with Farmers and every Home should have this. This is the number one claim in home insurance. If you need a plumber, give them a try you won’t be disappointed.!💕🙌
