My technician was Lucas. He was patient as I was asleep. He waited about 3 minutes at the front door. He greeted me with a smile. Gave me the estimate which I thought was responsible but painful. He was knowledgeable with the few questions that I asked. He completed the job in the estimated time he told me. He left the area he was working in as clean or better than it was to begin with. I am fully satisfied and will recommend WHO to friends and neighbors. P.S. called WHO at 5:30 am and was able to get Lucas out to me before noon the same day.

We were told we had to have our water heater replaced. We called and got a quote and we were able to get a appointment for installation the next day. Loni came to do the replacement and he was knowledgeable, worked efficiently while making everything up to code for us. Loni also made sure to explain everything to my grandma and didn't mind her asking questions. We would highly recommend Water Heaters Only if you need any work or replacement on your Water Heaters. Also highly recommend Loni as an amazing tech.

As normally happens our water heater went out suddenly on a Sunday. We called and got 3 free estimates from different companies. Luis came out for our quote and came out $400-$600 less expensive than the other two. He came back the next day (on his day off) and not only was he timely and professional but very nice and has a great personality. He went above and beyond working in the tight space in an upstairs hall closet even filling a hole in the wall potentially caused by a rat. Will definitely be calling for future water heater needs.

Had a good experience provided by Will Gunn who showed up to help us replace our water heater. Originally it was assigned to Dan who is also very professional but he had family emergency which might lead to another day delay. Will did a good and clean job, much appreciated !

I called Water Heaters Only because my water heater had started leaking. They dispatched a technician (Luis) that day to look at the situation and give me an estimate for the replacement. I also requested a quote for replacing it with an on-demand tankless system, which is what I ultimately chose. They scheduled me for the next day and Luis and Wesley arrived in the morning and completed the conversion to tankless. They were very professional and communicated throughout the process to keep me updated and provide instructions. I am very pleased with both the technicians and the company.

Saw my water heater leaking this morning. Spoke to Sirus on the phone who explained everything to me and send Chrys would be to my house in 2 hours. Chrys did a great job installing, explaining the warranty and who to call. He was very pleasant and great to work with!
From the time I saw the water leak until replacement was only 4-5 hours. Overall they did a great job, and I would recommend them.

Great work quick asked and answered all questions, price was competitive as well, very friendly. Our old water tank ran it's life died and within a day they were able to schedule come and bring a replacement within 48 hours of the breakage. Very satisfied customer.
