We had a plumbing issue with our outdoor faucet & needed an emergency repair. James answered my call after work hours & had the faucet repaired within 2hrs! Water is back on to the whole house & crisis averted. Would highly recommend James for any plumbing needs in the Tri Valley area 👍🏻

Roman from URV Plumbing installed my Grohe kitchen faucet. Roman was punctual and arrived prepared with slip-on shoes protectors. The job was done professionally and cleanly. Later I had an issue with the faucet that drip from the sprout after shutting off. Called URV and Roman returned promptly and explained to me the dripping can be the design issue of Grohe. He took a video and URV could follow up with the local Home Depot. Unfortunately no one has responded yet. I guess I can live with the short coming of the faucet. The incident has no reflection on URV and Roman’s service and they still deserves a 5-star rating.

Roman did an excellent job of installing my new toilet. He cleaned up well, removed the old one and the box of the new.

Excellent service from Arthur. He addressed the issue I was having with my bathtub and faucet leaking. He diagnosed the issue quickly and said I needed new sealing around the facet and fixed it. Water has stopped leaking. He also recommended a handyman to seal up my drywall. I will definitely use him and his company for other jobs!! Highly recommended.

Roman from URV was punctual and professional. I had hired them last year to replace my toilet. Even though I was past the one year warranty, they provided a free service to evaluate the issue and tighten the flapper to stop the leaking from the tank. This was a Home Depot arranged toilet replacement. I worked with Naira on the phone to set things up, and Roman was the plumber who came to my house and did the work. Both were extremely good. On time and extremely clean work.

We connected with URV Projects through Homedepot when we purchased a toilet with installation. The scheduling for the installation was very easy and they came the next day. The plumber assigned was Arthur who came earlier than scheduled, which we liked. He was super quick, a man of few words but that’s good because he didn’t waste time. He was clean in appearance and did not make a mess. He left the work area as nothing ever happened. We were very happy .
