Our plumber Roman was great, finished installing the three new Kohler toilets we got at Home Depot faster than expected, easy to work with, got it done, looks like a nice professional quality job on all three toilet installs and nice job hauling the three old toilets out of here and cleaning up, Thank you URV and Roman, if I ever have a future plumbing need will look up URV for a quote.

The toilet delivered to me from Home Depot was damaged. The plumber, however, provided outstanding service by collecting a replacement toilet from Home Depot and completing the installation efficiently.

I greatly respected that he exhibited a calm and professional manner during his most demanding time, when he had an additional assigned plumbing task and still performed the work efficiently.

I booked URV through a Home Depot toilet purchase. I was able to have an installation appointment within 2 business days of receiving the delivered toilet. The installer was early! by about 15 minutes. URV let me know he would be early and that was great. He had my toilet installed, the old one removed, the worksite cleaned up in just about an hour.

The technician, Roman, arrived on time (even early) and automatically put on shoe covers which I find very respectful of our home. He is very quick to fix the issues in our 2 toilets and are now working properly. Also left the work area clean. Highly recommended!

Very pleased with the on time professional toilet installation.
Not so pleased that a request to replace the wall valve received a quote of $130 for 20 min effort for a $12 valve. I declined.
I would be happy to have Roman install 2 more toilets, but will change the valves myself beforehand.
