All the kitchen plumbing fixtures in our Plymouth home needed to be disconnected—including the sink faucet, soap dispenser, garbage disposal, hot water dispenser, and dishwasher—so new counters could be installed. I had two different appointments with Dexter & Sons Plumbing & HVAC in Plymouth. This morning, Louis came by to check my pipes and plumbing. He explained each step and even showed me some photos of the work. Louis was friendly and very thorough. He fixed some issues quickly and let me know about other things to keep an eye on. Later, Jay arrived for my regular plumbing maintenance. He was also very professional and easy to talk with. He checked everything carefully and went over my water heater maintenance, showing me pictures and giving advice on future care—without any pressure. I highly recommend this company. Everyone, from the office staff to the plumbers, is helpful and works together to give great service.
