The appointment makers seemed busy and not so friendly, but they weren't rude. The plumber Giovanni was a sweet and nice young man, who was on time and very helpful. He unclogged one of my toilets and look at the other without charge, which I found courteous and kind. I would use them again, if I was in a bind. 👌🙂

Sean from Mike Diamond Plumbing was great. He showed up within 20 minutes after we called. He fixed our plumbing problem, replacing a leaking pipe by our water meter, without delay. I definitely recommend Mike Diamond Plumbing.

On time, pleasant, and fixed the problem quickly. I don't like having to engage in small talk. Jorge was professional, quiet, and thorough. Not my first time using Mike Diamond, and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Not sure how they have better reviews on google than yelp but I would stay clear of this company. I needed a garbage disposal replaced (purchased a new one from Costco) and they wanted close to $500 to install. Then they wanted to charge me a $75 charge just to show up and give me that outrageous price. I disputed it with my credit card as I think that’s illegal to price gouge and then charge a service charge. Won’t even give you their prices over the phone so they can screw you over with that service charge. Never again will we call them. I had a plumbing company come out and do it for $150 same day!

What a great company - quick and professional service, and didn't try to rake me over the coals (everyone: BEWARE OF COLE PLUMBING - they will try to sell you an $8000 solution to something as simple as a leaky faucet). Mike Diamond Plumbing is my new go to. Sean's service was excellent, honest and direct.

I reached out yesterday to Micheal from Mike Diamond Plumbing regarding a valve in one of the bathrooms that needed to be replaced. Right away I got a response in within 45 minutes. He was here taking care of the issue. I think impress me the most was the honesty and hard work. During the process Micheal explained to me the dynamic and the best way to go about some thing and was good with listening and other projects that needed to be done and he gave his best advice which is golden. Overall, We are super happy and impressed by Micheal going above and beyond and providing service of excellence. Micheal at Mike Diamond Plumbing gets my five star review and Personal recommendation.

We had used mike diamond in the past. We'll we had a cartridge that needed to be changed in a shower. I called and he came out. I told him the problem. He turned the water on and off. Then went to his truck and came back and said it would be $896.00 for a job that takes 15 mins. The part itself is $65 to 90 dollars. Then I had to pay him $76.00 dollars for two minutes. Unbelievable find anyone but them. We were very disappointed. Especially for being repeat costumers. Then he didn't even have change. So he walked off with $80.00 . Then he tried to tell me that's the going price. Wrong found out its $200 to 400. Dollars. But we called mike diamond first. Very sad to think that's how you treat customers.

I was sceptical of the "$99 to unclog any drain" deal. But they showed up on time, unclogged the drain, and only charged $99. No gimmics or upsells. It was a great experience which is unusual in the home services industry. Highly recommended.

The usual thievery and deceit! Called them for a clogged sink, plumber showed up and took a quick 10-second look then said that this was going to cost $250 and NOT $99 as advertised and as the lady told me over the phone. He said the reason for this 'Rip off' was that my condo was on the 2nd floor. He then proceeded to use the snake and unclogged the sink in 3 minutes then presented a portable credit charge device with a whopping $250 due, waiting for my signature. He then went and took about 45 mins. break outside my building and why not? He or Diamond or both made a quick $250 in 180 seconds.
As for me, I learned my lesson. I'd rather get ripped off by my local plumber instead and that is what I am going to do in the future. At least the local plumber might have a little bit of heart and conscience left, Mr. Diamond has none left!
Remember that you pay dearly for all those stupid smell good plumber commercials claiming to unclog your drain for $99!

Another great experience with Mike Diamond. I had an appointed scheduled but they couldn't make the appointed time, I received a call from the manager saying they would need to reschedule for the next day, and he was waiving the service fee. Sean showed up bright and early the following day and was extremely polite and professional, gave me a quote and started the work as described. Mike Diamond is the only plumber I'll use, have never been disappointed. Great work, great customer service.

Hands down best experience they were able to give me a quote over the phone. They came out the next day Everything they did they were extremely clean and professional. They left no mess behind. Everything was explained into detail what they were doing, and how to resolve the issue in the future. My family have been using them for years and I will continue to use them.
