He diagnosed the issue we have and explained why are we having it and then did a great job.
He cleaned after he’s done and was so quick.

Chris was very knowledgeable and provided constant information and details of the work. He also did the work himself and worked very hard. He was always nice and courteous to my wife and kids.

Bryan was my service tech, he was very professional well dressed he was well mannered! He spoke very professionally told me what he was about to do completed his task in a very timely manner, made sure that he didn’t make a mess and completed his job and I thank you for your service!!!

Over the weekend, we had a sewage backup emergency in the bathroom. We called Rooter Hero of Pomona, and their technician Gio S. came to our house within 40 mins. We appreciated that he came out quickly even though it was at night. He cleared the clogged sewage line so that water could flow out again. Thanks for the prompt and friendly service, we would definitely use them again

The employee who came to my house did an amazing job explaining every possible situation why my house smells like dirty sewage water. He gave me different options of what he can do to try to accommodate the problem. Alex was very professional and at no point did I feel pressured to commit to a price. He made my family and I feel comfortable with his explanation. Overall, great experience with the service.

Plumber Gio S was amazing! He was able to come out and detect there was several gas leaks and installed new pipes in the whole house. He took his time to explain the whole process and even went above and beyond to help us with our new home. We cannot thank Gio enough, highly recommended him for any of your plumbing needs.

Service Technician Giovanni S was AMAZING!!! Very professional and courteous. Needed main drain clean out after 3 years and also fixed a minor issue under my sink. Plumber Gio.s - he was amazing being able to come to our home around 12am and staying till 1am, did his best to make sure that our stuff was working, did have to come the next day to figure out what else was wrong but he showed up 8am and was able to get to work. I appreciate his hard work and being able to help us in a pinch.

Dominick did an amazing job diagnosing the issue with my clogged tub and fixing it right away. He was professional, approachable, and a real pleasure to have working in our home. Fixed everything up. Worked with me and gave me a great deal on all the work of changing the mainline, all the plumbing, and gas line. Service was great and the attendant Frank was good. This would be a five stars but the cleanliness of the team was below par. There was multiple times i would clean after the teams end of day. Me being Nit picky I wished they had matched the paint on the outside better and at least leveled out my lawn from the holes.

The Plumber Gio .S was a God send. He did an outstanding job with great explanations each step of the way. He kept us updated on the work they were doing as well as offered suggestions on what could be done and what needed to be completed. There was no hard selling and gave us plenty of time for proper planning. If more people were as kind and genuine as he was. The world would be a better place. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Leo provided us with fantastic service. He was on time, very courteous and listened to what our issues were. I appreciate that he was mindful and friendly regarding our dogs as well. The consistent problem with my kitchen sink was solved and he took extra time to make sure he verified it was fixed. The best part was the value added by being able to talk to him about home repair issues and getting a lot of information from him without a single upsell. He was very effective and honest. I put his contact info in my cell to reach out the next time I need assistance.

Great service overall nice and friendly people! I already use their services two times and honesty I would recommend if you need help quickly. And if they can't fox your problem they won't charge you for it which is nice.
