I have used Preferred Plumbing on three occasions now, and am always happy with the results. They take the time to talk me through the different options, and consider my budgetary constraints. David L. and Mario B. have assisted me each time, and they get the job done right for a reasonable cost.

I used Preferred Plumbing for a major rooting issue when the sewer line clogged up and flooded the toilets and bathtubs of my house. David received my call and was in my house within hours solving the issue. A month and a half later, another clog occurred downstream near the city main sewer line and I called up David. Free of charge, he quickly came within half an hour and resolved the congestion. I really felt he went above and beyond and walked me through all the issues. He's great, you should give them a call if you have similar issues.

These gentlemen were a great help , they fixed the problem I had in a timely manner for a good price. They gave sound advice and were very courteous and professional. Definitely calling them up again next time I need a plumber! Thanks!

I had a leak in my pipe under the asphalt. It was a big ordeal, but David was very helpful through the whole process. He is skilled, knows what he's doing, has excellent communication, and is timely. There were multiple contractors involved and he did a great job managing the project to finish on time within budget. Without question, he will be my new go-to plumber.

David was amazing! We needed a quick diagnosis and David came to our home within the hour. The issue ended up being with the appliance and David provided a recommendation on who could do the work. We will continue to use David and his team and highly recommend Preferred Plumbing!!!

Both David’s we worked with were knowledgeable, reliable, and always available to answer questions. Later, they expertly replaced our water lines under the alleyway. Preferred Plumbing & Rooter Services are hands down the best business in town. I first utilized their services a couple of years ago, and they’ve been my go-to service ever since. I had a water softener installed about a year ago, and just recently, I noticed a small drip when the system was performing its monthly cycle. David, the owner, sent a member of his crew within the hour to quickly repair the issue free of charge. They stand behind their work and always treat you with politeness and respect. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to hear back from them after a work request. They always work in a timely manner, and their prices are fair. In my personal experience, they have always checked back with me just in case I had any other questions or concerns regarding the work performed. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received! David responded incredibly quickly to my after hours call and was extremely professional from start to finish. David was knowledgeable, polite, and explained everything clearly. The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, which was a huge plus. It’s hard to find reliable professionals these days, but this company exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend!

I have used ARS/Rooter Hero for a long time, and they are the BEST! Always super fast and friendly, and great work - I call them for all jobs, large and small. Otis, Eddie, and Ariel have taken great care of us and are just amazing guys, and the crews and office team are the nicest people too. Can't recommend them highly enough!

What a great guy. He was called because the other tech had a family emergency. Leonard took his time explaining everything and needless to say he was able to remedy the issue.

We were impressed with his knowledge of our plumbing issue. He went above and beyond to offer suggestions so this problem would not occur again.
