We have been customers of high speed plumbing since 2019 when we first purchased our home. We have used them on multiple occasions and everyone who has ever came out to service us, has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 100% recommend!

On time, hard working, professional, reasonably priced. They arrived on time with updates on when they would be there. Gave me a very reasonable price for the amount of work they did. I needed a large amount of work done to 4 different bathrooms and a basement, but they still finished in a single day. Workers were very professional and helpful showing me how I could prevent the problems for occurring again. If I ever need a plumber again they will be my first call.

This Company unfortunately Wasted my time.
They came to my place and gave me a reasonable quote And I approve it, but then for three weeks straight they kept rescheduling my Appointment.

They stopped replying to my text messages and stop returning my calls. I never understood why. Sadly they were never professional enough to tell me the truth. If they couldn’t get the job done, they could’ve just told me and gave me the runaround for three weeks.

I am only writing this review so that they can improve their professionalism on that part. I do not wish to work with them anymore.

We really enjoyed the great service! They were so accommodating and came out within a couple of hours. Our plumber was Ron, who did a great job unclogging the sewer line. Would definitely use again if we come across any plumbing issues!

Really great service! They came out and took care of our problem in a day. Their prices are very affordable compared to other local companies and they work with your schedule to get an appointment as soon as possible. Jonathan explained everything really well and did a great job.

They do not respect your appointment time and did not answer calls or texts with an updated ETA.

Christian showed on time and explained what he was going to do. He also let me know when he was turning off the water. They took very good care of my yard and cleaned up before he left. Christian is very professional it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Excellent service every time we used them they are fast and prices are fair. Just today I had a water heater change and they came out pretty fast to save the day.

Great service. I had a toilet clog that I couldn't unclog. My toilet tank was broken and they arrived very quickly. The technician Chris was great. He expertly unclogged and replaced my toilet with speed and skill. He was very polite too. 🙂 They did such a great job that I am going to have a couple of other non-emergency repairs done soon. I definitely recommend Chris and High Speed Plumbing to anyone with plumbing needs.

We had a clogged kitchen drain and needed a hydro jet clean out. After calling around for some quotes, we landed on High Speed Plumbing (Ron), who made us an offer we couldn't refuse.
As it turns out, our kitchen sink didn't have a clean-out line with outside access, so unless we installed one first, running a hydro jet (indoors) was going to be really messy. Ron offered to install the clean-out line and throw in the hydro jetting for free once it was done! The total cost of installing the clean-out line AND hydro jet service combined was close to the quotes I got from other companies for JUST the hydro jet service! Great deal!

Aside from the great deal, Ron was very pleasant, punctual, and fast working. He was very knowledgeable and great at communicating any problems he encountered, explaining his recommended approach, and offering other potential solutions we could choose. All round solid professional that I would be happy to work with again.

EDIT: Oh yea...while Ron was in our basement, he also noticed one of our pipes wasn't properly strapped, and fixed it for us free-of-charge. Stuff like that is going above and beyond, and really appreciated.

Any time a plumbing issue arises I rely on High Speed Plumbing as I have done for years. They are professional, polite, thorough and very knowledgeable. They willingly answer questions and communicate well. They are well organized and arrive within their estimated time window. I recommend them highly.

I called multiple places while going through every company on Yelp asking if someone could do a service call to clear a line after 5pm on a weekday with everyone saying no until I called High Speed Plumbing. Christian was sent to my house in less than 2 hours from my initial call. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleared up the clog, gave me options for a deeper cleaning in the future, cleaned everything up better than it was when he first showed up, and got my sink back in running order. Well $49 was a great deal I've been a plumber for 30 years when their tech comes out to clean your drains Make sure he puts a tip on the end of the snake. It kind of makes me wonder if I was somebody who did not know better if they were setting me up for a bigger repair unneeded repair. You make sure their technicians have a tip on the end of the snake 3/8 or 1/2-in snake whatever they need a tip on it every time I ever cleaned out a drain I had a tip on it now I got a 3/8 hole inside the waist I mean come on what does that mean think about it I'll be calling you back and saying well you need to pay us more money

Ad says free if clog isn't resolved... Mine wasn't; yet I was still charged almost $100 for the service. Had to call another plumber to unclog the actual issue which cost me another $200 because he snaked the actual main line and got it all the way to the curb of my street.
Do your homework and find a word of mouth plumber who isn't a franchise run service.
These are the type of companies that will milk your pockets with projects if you let them. Discernment is real , listen to your gut!

My primary contact was Frank and I just need to say that he has been very professional and great face of this company. I originally had a drain problem which evolved into needing repiping of my entire drain and intake system. Frank was able to show me pictures and videos which helped inform my decision on what I needed to get done. There were bumps as in all construction but they were able to communicate the issues in a timely manner and able to work with our schedules. I am very happy with their work and they also continued to monitor after the job was done too. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for any job, big or small.

These guys did an amazing job! I called them for what i thought i needed. Come to find out i dont have a septic issue . They were very patient didnt get annoyed and gave me a different solution. They fixed my toilet and everything is working like a charm im extremely happy with their service professionalism and level of expertise! I will use them again for sure
