Dave, Rudy and Eric came in and saved the day! We had several plumbing issues in the older house that we just purchased. It was going to be a huge nightmare to cut through dry wall and check where the leak was coming from as well as figure out how to get things back to normal afterwards. The guys were friendly, paid careful attention to the job that needed to be done and provided us information every step of the way. They worked with our budget and did everything they could to really help us. Thank you guys so much for repairing our home!!

These guys are great. I called at 8:30 Saturday morning, and Chris was in the field working. He said I would be on the list between 12 and 3pm. He called back at 12:15 and was at my door by 12:45.
Chris and his partner listened attentively as I explained my issue, a blocked drain for two inline showers, and they got to work immediately. I ran to the bank to get cash for them and when I returned, Chris was there with the diagnosis.
My piping is old cast-iron and its essentially gone. The rooter can be seen in the trap but when it is pulled back the sludge blocks the pipe again. Since they couldn't fix the blockage right then, Chris wouldn't accept any payment. It's going to be a bigger job than I was hoping for but Chris's honesty and professionalism has won him the job.
Long story short, from now on when I say, " I've got a plumber" I mean Preferred Plumbing and Rooter. You won't be disappointed.

I had preferred plumbing change out a pool fill pipe and add a hose bib to it. Several months later water started to leak out and I couldn’t stop it. I gave David a call and he came by next day to change out internal parts. No cost, no runaround, no hassling. Very satisfied. Answers phone and text promptly. Not sure why communication is so hard with other businesses.

David did a great job of installing a new water pressure regulator valve and also house shut off valve as well as the piping associated with it. Mario did a good job of installing a new seal for the master bathroom toilet. Whenever I need any Plumbing or have any questions about Plumbing I call David. He is prompt and reliable.

David was readily available and worked efficiently to provided emergency service for us. He didn’t go for the most expensive fix, but rather the one that was the most sensible. He fixed our problem and taught us what to look for in the future before calling him out! Thank you David for a great fix!

Jason and David are just incredible! I had a main line stoppage and called them to address the problem. After running the video camera, they were able to determine that I not only had an invasive root problem, I also had a cracked pipe. My sewer line runs quite a distance to the street connection. Jason advised that only a portion of the line was damaged. He could have sold me a very costly re-pipe of the entire line. Instead, he saved me quite a bit by replacing only what was needed. As the work was being done, they ensured that there was as little disruption as possible. They were conscientious throughout the entire process. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend their services!

Home ownership comes with its advantages and disappointments yet we often need professional help when something goes wrong. I have used several plumbers after owning multiple homes. Last weekend, my water heater died and I contacted Preferred. David and his crew responded at the agreed time. He explained the issues and possible future problems which may occur. Although Preferred may cost a few dollars than a Craigslist contractor, don't be fooled with a "Deal" from the other guy. David and his crew are professional and respectful. It's also great when the shower water is hot, especially with girls in my home.

Had a great experience with David. I had called on a Mother’s Day Sunday morning and he showed up the same day in the afternoon. I appreciated that he was prompt and even texted me beforehand to let me know he was on his way. Our overflow drain had leaked into the ceiling of our family room downstairs and David was able to repair it quickly. I tested the tub like crazy a few hours afterwards to make sure it wasn’t leaking bc we had to open a hole in our ceiling and I didn’t want to have to reopen it. Thankfully no more leak! Great service and communication. We will be calling again.

David was very quick and responsive. He did a great job fixing and explaining what is going on with our pipes, and helped us get everything set up to get our problem fixed. will definitely use again in the future.

I had a great experience using Preferred Plumbing and Rooter Services. As soon as I asked for a quote via yelp they responded right away by scheduling a time to come to my home. They were punctual and professional. They completed the work in a timely manner and were fair with their pricing. I would recommend them.

David and Jason did a great job of replacing our water heater which was leaking from the top and had flooded the garage floor initially. They completed the job promptly and efficiently at a competitive price. After the remediation company had removed the mold, installed new dry wall and base for the new water heater. David and Jason had moved the new water heater to sit on top of the newly installed base in a couple of hours. They went the extra mile to also replace the warped dryer hose that was obstructed by the protruding gas valve. This prevented a risk of possible fire in the future due to the overload of lint in the dryer hose. For an outstanding job well done, we will definitely use Preferred Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs.

I recently moved into a house in Chino Hills and found a leak coming from the drain pipe in the laundry room. David, the preferred plumber, was very professional, had a sense of urgency, honest, and found the issue right away. Even though the property owner chose to use their own resource to fix the leak David had confirmed was due to a large crack in the laundry room drain pipe, and discovered the water pressure regulator was broken (water pressure was excessively high), he was very helpful and willing to help answer any questions I had with regard to the issues. I highly recommend this company and David if anyone has a plumbing problem!

On my first call to David, he came out after-hours on a rainy night for my plumbing emergency. It was affordably fixed by the time I held an open house the next day.

Months later I called David again. It wasn't an emergency then, but he scheduled me next day. The issue was affordably fixed in no time.

I had a leaking pipe in the wall, Jason and David were here within an hour, provided a fair estimate, and fixed my leak in no time. To add, last minute I asked them to check my waterheater pressure valve that looked faulty, they fixed that with no questions asked and again at a fair price. I'd recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I had a water leak coming from the wall, I called Preferred Plumbing and Jason and David showed up within 1 hour. They opened the wall and found a leaking copper pipe and gave me a very good price and repaired the section of copper, they also tested my water pressure and it was 120 replaced pressure regulator and brought my pressure down to 65. I was very pleased with the fast and friendly service. When I decide to repipe my whole house I will contact Preferred Plumbing and recommend them to all my family and friends.
