On Saturday morning we noticed there was water flowing in our living room and dining room. We contacted our warranty company first and they assigned us a plumbing company with one star yelp rating, considering the bad experience we had previously and this is an urgent issue, we decided to hire someone with good yelp rating and we found preferred plumbing, we actually contacted another company with more reviews but they were unable to come immediately and Preferred Plumbing was the only company willing to take this emergency call and came to our house immediately. They were able to identify the issue and kept working on it during the weekend. Nathan the technician not only figured out the watermark issue we originally had, and fix it, but also fix the other issue and a potential issue, they get the whole project done in three days and they also referred us to their partner company who is focused on damage restoration so we don't need to do another research.

The original cost is around $12,000.00 and they were able to give us a discount as we were paying cash.

They also offered us ten year warranty, if anything happened, parts cost and labor cost will be on them. I am hoping we will never use this warranty.

Overall the experience is great and we are recommending this company.

I had my water heater replaced today by Preferred plumbing. A stressful time for me was made stress free by these two very nice gentleman. They explained what was going on with the water heater and all options to fix it. I was very happy with their work. I definitely will recommend them to all my family and friends! :)

We had a leak and we didn't know where it was coming from and we were in a panic. When David arrived today he put us at ease. He was quick and precise. He walked us through where the leak was coming from and what he needed to do to repair it. He was professional and patient. He even called a restoration company for us as we are new to this. He even gave us his personal cell to call if we have any other plumbing issues. Great company and great staff for sure!

OUTSTANDING WORK!!! My experience with Preferred Plumbing was wonderful! Professional from beginning to end! Clean quality work! They installed my toilets, hauled off the old ones and all 3 of my restrooms clean of any evidence of repairs. After the job was complete, I was walked through and given an opportunity to inspect the work. Again...OUTSTANDING! I will call them again for any of my plumbing needs. Also, price is great!

Jason and David were really mellow, knowledgeable, kind, professional and super fast! They have very competitive pricing and help me feel safe and taken care of which is really important. Jason, David and Mario have all come to our rescue MANY times from Preferred Plumbing. We have used them many times. They always respond quickly, show up with friendly faces, are professional, smell good, and find/fix our plumbing/water heater problems for very reasonable prices. We wouldn’t use any other company! For about a year I put off getting my water regulator fixed, because I was concerned about finding the right plumbing service. I am so happy that I chose Preferred Plumbing and Rooter Services. Chris first came to give me the estimation. What a polite positive young man! Shortly afterwards David and Rudy came to change my water regulator. They did an excellent job and answered any questions that I had.

We had a leak, very loud pipes, and a shower/tub handle that fell off. We contacted Preferred Plumbing and Rooting Services. Jason and David came quickly. They fixed the leak right away. They also explained that the hard water deposit caused the shower handle to be hard to turn to the point where we pulled it off. They were able to remove the hard water deposits and replace the faucet cartridge and handle. Now the handle turns very smoothly. The loud noise was caused by a bad pressure regulator, which they replaced. We were extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service that Jason and David provided. It is great to see people who care about fixing the issue and building trust by ensuring that you understand what is causing the issue. Their charges were very reasonable. We have used two other plumbers in the past. We have never seen a plumber work so fast! They will be our go to plumbing company if we have any plumbing issues in the future. We highly recommend them!

Excellent service. We contacted them due to high water pressure aka our pipes were about to burst and they came out immediately. Jason and David are really courteous. Awesome customer service and nice to work with. It is so refreshing to locate a business that is reasonable in price and not trying to pull a fast one on you. Plus gets the job done. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. If we have any other plumbing or drainage problems we definitely will contact them. You won't be disappointed.

My toilet was backed up and I was expecting company,,, I called preferred plumbing and luckily for me they showed up pretty fast and diagnosed the problem. It turned out it was my mainline. They found a clean out and were able to clear my line. I was very happy with their service and the price thank you Preferred Plumbing !

A few years later I called Preferred Plumbing once again.
I had an excellent experience. Jason was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, gave honest pricing, and completed the work efficiently.

It’s hard to find plumbers you can really trust, but these guys definitely earned it. The repair was done right the first time and the area was left spotless afterward. I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing to anyone needing reliable and quality plumbing work. Will absolutely call them again!

My wife and I recently hosted a Friend’s Giving dinner at home and as always we had several dirty dishes to wash, so we used our dishwasher. An hour later we noticed a huge puddle of water under the sink, so we quickly turned off the dishwasher and cleaned up all the water. The next day we searched for a plumber to help fix our problem. After several calls, we weren’t satisfied with the answers we were getting, especially the answer to the question, “do you provide a free estimate?”. I then remembered of the several advertisements in our Church’s weekly Bulletin, and we found the number to Preferred Plumbing. We called and spoke to the owner, he obliged with free trouble shooting and estimate, so we set an appointment for 14:00 on Wednesday 12/11/19. Mario, the Plumber, was here waiting for me as I pulled into my driveway at 13:54. Mario, was courteous and very personable. He went right to work on troubleshooting the issue. After a few attempts at finding the root cause of the problem, Mario called David, his manager and owner. Over the phone, they worked together to trouble shoot the issue. Within thirty minutes David arrived at my house and together with Mario found the root cause of the problem and went to work. An hour later they were able to fix the problem and get my dishwasher working again. After several test runs we noticed that no water leaked. Problem Fixed! After my hot water heater went out I called preferred plumbing and David came out right away. He fixed my heater within and hour and explained everything he was doing and why. Based on his professionalism, price and service I will always call them for any plumbing issues! Highly recommend.

David and Jason are absolutely the best! My husband and I recently purchased a new home and found out there were some major issues with our plumbing! They were so patient and kind explaining everything and getting the work done quickly and efficiently. They come quickly for any issues that arise and are kind, helpful, and affordable! Preferred Plumbing is the best plumbing service in the Inland Empire. I needed a 2 way clean out installed and for my main line to get cleaned as it had tree roots inside of it which backed up my house.

I got 3 quotes from around the area and I instantly felt a great connection with David and Jason. They were honest with me and I can’t say the same about the other 2 companies who quoted me. They gave me the best price and they were ready to install the clean out as soon as I was ready. They did extra work that wasn’t part of the original quote and they didn’t charge me extra. David, Robert, Mario, and Jason took care of business! We had a drainage issue that ended up being a rather large project that took the weekend to correct. They were in constant contact with us about what needed to be done and gave us options on the different fixes they could do. They were upfront and honest about the job at hand with relation to longevity and cost. Their whole team worked diligently to solve our issue over the weekend. Finding businesses that are open on Sundays is challenging enough, finding a business that is open AND can get to you in a reasonable time frame on a Sunday-even tougher-but David (and his assistant in training Mario) were available on a Sunday and showed up to address all my plumbing needs. I was grateful for their honesty, their walking me through what they were doing (I like watching repair work be done so hopefully I can learn a thing or two), their cleanliness, and their willingness to pick up parts that I ordered when the job ended up requiring a bit more work than originally thought. I ordered online and they picked it up and came back. David was able to give me fair prices and did honest work with a 1 year warranty on his service. Technician Ivan S. came out and was extremely professional and did outstanding work in installing a new water pressure regulator in our home. Ivan also sealed an old gas line inside the wall.
