Same day warranty repair on my water heater. Service was fast and professional. This was my first time with High Speed Plumbing, but it won't be the last. I'll definitely use them again.

Very disappointing. High Speed technician showed up and began quoting astronomical fees. Authorized installation of owner provided vanity and faucet plus install tub spout on shower. Plumber kept leaving the job- five times for more than 45 minutes each disappearance.
End result: technician sheared off tub spout nipple in wall. Then said he needed to open up the wall behind tub for additional $1,305.

He left the vanity unsecured to the wall and attached the counter top more than one inch out of position front to back with a huge silicone caulking mess.

Technician reduced original bill from $725 to $575.. So it cost me $445 for another company to fix the pipe sheared off in the wall by High Speed plumbing.

Then it cost me 160 to repair the botched vanity installation. In the end, high speed
plumbing did not complete either of the
requested items, but I had to pay $605 to others to repair the damage to the tub and the vanity.

I think I may have just got a random new technician , maybe a new hire who was incompetent or impaired in a major way.

Jimmy was very professional and punctual. As soon as he arrived he introduced himself and handed me his business card to reassure me that he was with the High Speed Plumbing Inc.I found that yi be very professional. I welcomed him in and showed him the issue with my toilet. He checked it out and explained what he would do and if that process didn't work then explained what he would have to do otherwise. Thank goodness he fixed it within 5 minutes!! Very impressive. If I ever need any plumbing again, I would call High Speed Plumbing Inc. Thank you!!

Called high speed with an emergency. They came within an hr and christian fixed our problem! They were VRERY reasonable priced! Definitely saved the day.

My husband and I called high speed plumbing this morning for a last minute camera inspection appointment, they quoted us the best price and we decided to go ahead and book the appointment with them, and they were able to put us on the schedule within 2 hours of calling. Jonathan was our plumber ,he was extremely punctual, friendly, and he remained completely professional for the entirety of our appointment. He did not rush through the appointment to get to the next client like a lot of other plumbers do ,he really took his time to resolve our plumbing issue, to make sure it was done correctly. We also have a big repipe job we’re getting ready for and he offered to give us a quote, he inspected the house plumbing, he took photos and then he spoke to his boss and he was able to get us a huge price reduction that will save us thousands of dollars on the repipe. We feel super relieved we got our situation resolved today and that we were able to get a much more affordable quote compared to your usual big name plumbing companies. Highly recommend to do service with them for all your plumbing needs.

Service was fast, efficient and a great price. They were responsive and the quality of work was incredible. We’re super happy with Juan and his crew. We’ll definitely use them for our future needs.

The tech was on time and did a thorough evaluation of my situation and explained all of his findings and how it would effect me in the future. He was able to give me a quote at that time and it was better than other quotes I had received. Wonderful service! i would definitely recommend this company.

It was an emergency high-speed was here within a half hour after I called and they fixed everything and the price was reasonable. They also gave me a reasonable estimate for additional work that should be done. I’m never won to post reviews and this is probably the first time I’ve ever did it, but I was really impressed with how they took care of everything high speed was great

Armando from High Speed was incredible. He’s very sincere and honest and I could sense that from the moment he stepped into our house. He did top notch work and left our house clean. We discussed other potential issues in our house and he was extremely knowledgeable. I plan on calling him out again for a bigger project. Great experience all around.

Ron and Victor were prompt, very kind and courteous, they were informative, and provided great service. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I am hopeful that I won’t need their services ever again, but I am happy to know that I have someone that I can trust if I do.

Chris V. came to my home to take care of a drain issue in my kitchen. He was very professional and explained some options that were available to take care of the problem. Once we decided on the solution, he snaked the drain and cleared the clog.

Once I scheduled the call, I received text updates as to when I was to expect my technician to arrive at my home. The pricing for the repair was fair and Chris V. was respectful of cleaning up the area once he completed the job.

I would highly recommend High Speed Plumbing for any plumbing repairs you require.

They did something that most plumbers wouldn't even consider.
They installed a commercial restaurant grade faucet system on our kitchen sink.
Yes, expensive but cheaper in the long run because restaurant grade plumbing fixtures can be opened up, cleaned, repaired and even upgraded.
You can't do that with a cheap faucet from Home Depot.
And they did the work quickly and for a reasonable rate, and they even put up with my overly friendly dog.

This is a great family company. They are very responsive, show up on time and provide great customer service. The workers are knowledgeable and give honest feedback about necessary fixes. They don’t leave a mess and the quality is superb. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend

We had another emergency water leak and as usual, Chris responded to get a fix going. Clemente came and worked until 10pm to finish the job...Great work, great prices and super professional

Great customer service and Johnathan was very detailed in what the project consists of. Definitely will call them again for any other emergency repair or projects. Johnathan was real friendly and easy going. Took his time so inspecting the problem area and then got to work. After the work was done he made sure to clean up the area were he was working.

Chris was awesome! In and out really quick and solved a problem in no time! Thank you for coming out so quickly and being so friendly! We’ll be using your service again :)

My kitchen sink was backed up, I tried everything. I called High speed plumbing this morning and spoke with Juan, he was amazing!!! Very kind and professional. I explained my problem and concerns and he was very understanding and said he would dispatch Chris right away. Chris was very nice and professional he explained what was happening and went over my options. The best being to water jet the kitchen drain line. Juan was wonderful and came to join Chris on working on my drain. They were very knowledgeable and were finished before I knew it. I am so happy to have found some plumbers I can trust to know what they are doing and be fair on price and not take advantage of you, they are not easy to find.
