Eddie came to change the water main. He was very personable and an honest guy. He started on the job immediately and was hard at work to dig the trench to get to the issue. The work he did should have been a two man job but he did it without a complaint. We were very happy with the job he completed. He gave us regular updates and reassured us it would to our comfort our expectations. I hope the company will realize what an asset he is for your company If we should need plumbing service we will make sure to ask for him to do our job. Five stars for Eddie.

I contacted Mr.Rooter, my call was answered very professionally, they listened to my service needs. I was immediately scheduled for a service call and later contacted on the status of the arrival of their Service Professional. Once Sefa arrived he assessed the situation and went into action. He ensured my sewer line was all clear!
I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for reliable, dependable service. Their service cost was very reasonable!!

This is my second time using this company and they never disappoint. They have helped me in emergency situations. Santiago the plumber who serviced our home was very professional, knowledgeable and helped educate me about the plumbing. I appreciate working with someone like him who knows what they are doing and helped put us at ease when he fixed the problem.

Very good service and professional and great advice for future repairs

Nathan & Adam were so nice. They explained everything very well and I felt like they had my best interests in mind. They came on a Sunday and I thought it would be an additional charge, but they said no, it’s the same price every day. I called them at 8 am & they were here by 10. They had my problem fixed in no time for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and the next time I have a problem I’ll call them.

Both my wife and I were especially impressed with the friendliness and professionalism shown by Richard, Raymond and Korin. We agreed to contract with them rather than other companies because of the way they handled themselves and the way they treated us. After the project started they stayed professional and friendly. This was a big job and went into Saturday evening. While some would try to hurry to go home, they were meticulous and detailed-oriented until it was done properly and to OUR satisfaction. Money well-spent.

Mr Rooter was able to restore my hot water in a very timely manner and did a very good job installing a new water heater for me. They were very professional. I will use them again should I have a need for a plumber.

Mr. Rooter had excellent service and complete transparency. We were able to schedule same day service and the issue was fixed immediately. Marcus helped us with our problem and he was very professional.

Operators were excellent and able to get me in the same day. Dylan, the service tech, was very professional and did an excellent job explaining what he was going to do and giving me an estimate before performing any work.

The gentleman they sent was great. Chris did his very best to solve our problem. I didn't give 5 stars not because of Chris, but because Mr. Rooter is very pricey.

We had an emergency situation during a weekend. I called and the receptionist was super friendly. She was able to get someone to come to my house and view my situation that same day. The plumbers were super helpful and got the job done as quickly as they could. Highly recommend them.

Had a plumbing emergency at the house. Wallace ( the plumber) came out and did a wonderful job fixing my plumbing issue. The only issue I had was waiting for service. I spoke to 4 operators before repair person came out. Issue happened late Saturday, I called for service on Sunday morning, but plumber did not come out until Monday morning.

Carlos H. did a great job clearing our main line and was professional and courteous.

David was so amazing and friendly. Appreciate all he did to assist me with my clogged drain. I will definately use Rooter again. I am a very pleased and happy customer.

They showed up within the hour and completely fixed my clogged bathtub. Jordan explained the issues I was having and was very responsive when I asked him questions about the job. Would definitely use Mr Rooter Plumbing again.

Both the technicians were in a positive attitude And very pleasant. They presented their plans they have to offer and introduced me to their manager to approve my choice which this guy was very nice to me too and we had a deal and i want it finished the same day. They did finally finished the job on time. Im proud that they both fixed and installed my water heater
