Richard came to our facility he was on time very professional and affable he did his job and when he was finished he left the place cleaner than when he arrived even after letting him know that I would clean up after him.he also put a camera into our system so he could advise us as to what we would need to prevent the problem in the future .

Enrique and his manager, Carlos were both mindful, respectful, and top-notch professionals, who were willing to go the extra mile to ensure the drain blockage was clear before leaving our home. They performed a camera viewing of the underground pipes, and shared their findings, and options to remedy future clogging.

Kyle our service technician was great today taking care of our plumbing problem. He kept us informed of all the work that was needed, he was neat & clean and completed the job throughly.

My house is very, very old. The pipes are leaking under the house. My kitchen was flooded. I needed Dr. Rooter to snake the kitchen's pipe. They found old rusty pipes leaking into the foundation. The settings were out of compliance. Their technicians fixed all my plumbing problems at a price and payment terms' I could afford.

The technician was on time and very capable. He hooked up the water heater I had purchased from home depot only to find that it was defective. He then got authorization to install a second watet heater which worked. I am very happy with the service and quality of work performed! Thank you!

We had a supposedly simple bathroom sink draining blockage problem which turned out to be a much more serious one. Adam, a service professional, was very professional and patient during the whole repair process. We value greatly his straight forwardness and high work ethics. Arthur, a coworker, teamed up very well with Adam to get the job done. We appreciate their good efforts.

All of the above - from the call for service to the completion of the work was a very positive experience. The young man who took my call was very friendly and helpful, assuring me a technician would arrive in about 1 hour to Carlos, the tech, unclogging the drain and then asking for some cleaning product to finish cleaning the area. Turned a very stressful situation into a peaceful finish. Definitely recommend Mr. Rooter of Pomona Valley!

Ricardo was very knowledgeable and quick thinker on how to solve the gas line issue to be able to push my stove flush with wall. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future.

We had a surprise gas leak at our home and our gas was shut off. We called Mr. Rooter and within 45 minutes Richard Arellano showed up to help us out even though it was after 6:00pm. He quickly assessed the situation and recommended some repairs to prevent future leaks as well as repair our current issue. He was kind, friendly, clean, and very knowledgeable. After we approved the repairs he quickly performed the interior repairs so he didn't have to go in and out of the house and could focus on the exterior repairs. He worked for several hours during the night and even had to do some digging. In the morning the repairs were complete and our yard was restored like he had never been there. We were able to call and get someone to come out and turn the gas back on the same day! We will be calling Mr. Rooter for all our plumbing needs and requesting Richard Arellano whenever he is available. I recommend you do the same!

Excellent! It was only 6:00 P.M. and I couldn’t find any plumbers available for that evening!?! I was shocked. I had called about 13 companies, many that advertised 24/7 and same day service to no avail. I kept searching and found them and they came within an hour or so as promised! Mr. Rooter is my new company!
