Waited 1 hour to be loaded, asked multiple times what was taking so long. Never got a straight answer. BS apology about a new guy at the end of it

Very disappointed.. came to buy a part and was told they couldnt sell me the part because i wasnt a contractor. Thanks I'll take my business somewhere else. Added question: Are you open to the public? Or do I indeed need a contractor license?

Great selection and availability of materials but they definitely need to work on their "Will Call" process, this is a very lengthy process to get something picked up within the hour as promised.

Georg is an amazing customer service agent. Every time he answers the phone he is always cheerful and caring. Thanks for making my experience at Ferguson so wonderful!

Use to be good they have good prices grate services now it’s just like they don care anymore material is cheap duality now special on pex pipe and there fittings customer service is bad you go there and takes 2hrs to get your material and wen it comes to call over the phone there people don’t know nothing about material or brands if you place and order they just gave you wat they want there for all gave uno star

I go here pretty often for work items. I wish they would update there system. Your usually in line for a while waiting to check out. Takes so long I wish there was another option of a place similar.

Expensive! This place is for emergencies in case other local suppliers don’t have what you need but other than that stay away. I usually go to P.E.P Pool electrical products where I have an account but this place is outrageous. This place is for big companies that have field guys stopping in for supplies and don’t care much what stuff is costing.

They need to do better with the customer service at will call.
The dude there was rude and uncaring.
I had to tell him what part i had order 6 weeks ago because he wouldnt care to look it up, until the very end.
Bottomline other than waiting a long time for my order to be fetched, i was disapointed .

Wish I knew the helpful guy's name. Was there about 10:15am Saturday October 29th. Made it totally easy. I know where I'm going for my next plumbing supplies. I drove 30 miles to get there and it was worth it

Very slow service. They need to move quicker. They seem very inefficient in the way they do things there. It would be nice if they had clean drinking water especially for the summer months. They do have an ice machine and a popcorn machine which is a good start. They do need a lot more efficiency and confirmation on making sure that the parts that are going out are matching with what is being ordered that way we are not having to come back and waste our time. Time is money for all of us in this industry. There should be something in place to where a customer should get something in return for the inconvenience of having to come back when a Ferguson employee makes the mistake of not double checking and making sure that everything checks out with whatever the customer is buying. Checks and balances.

Terrible. My wife called twice to verify they had the correct size for an item we needed. Both times they confirmed they had the correct size. I drove all the way out to the store to pick it up. I was again told they had the correct size. When they brought me the item it was the wrong size and they didn't have the right size we needed. Customer service was slow and uncaring.

Best please buy supplies always leave happy from the store. Workers are amazing with their customer service. Recommend to whoever is starting with plumbing, and just needs help with friendly faces

I thought it only happened to me with Ryan. He gtes bothered when I bring material to return other than that every other associates are helpful Matt Paul Austin both George's all guys in counter are really good just the will call guy Ryan. He need to improve when he takes over after manager leaves he is a leader not a boss other than that I like get are material from this location keep up guys!!!

Today’s review is regarding a negative interaction I had with a sales associate working the WILL CALL desk, Ryan Figgs. In the future, for better quality customer service & respect for the customers time, train employees in proper etiquette. Your sales associate Ryan was on a personal phone (on speaker) with a female. As I walked up to the counter he continued his call and was bothered that I was there to pick up my order. He didn’t bother to greet/address me or ask me if I need assistance, I had to speak up and get his attention. I told him I was there to pick up my order and provided him my order # several times. He couldn’t figure out what was going on with my order, all the while still on his personal call. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself and raise my voice over the females voice on the phone to get attention. His attention should be on his customer and providing quality service, save the pillow talk for later. He was frustrated trying to complete my order. He didn’t show any willingness to fix the issue at hand. Once he realized I was upset, he then decided to end his call. This disregard for me as a customer was unacceptable, rude, and disrespectful. I shouldn’t have to tolerate this type of service. I will take my business elsewhere.

I had a great experience today at this business. This was my first time at Ferguson and i was looking for a shower valve cartridge. The staff there were friendly and helpful. I made a mistake by going to Home Depot first where it’s impossible to find anyone to help you. If you need some personal assistance, consider this place over the big box stores.

Not so full, fast and great service from the guys behind the counter that helped me out. 10/10 would recommend

Pomona Fergeson is Absolutely The Worst Fergeson you can ever go to. My Manager confirmed our order an hour prior to my arrival and was assured that our order would be waiting whhen I arrived. I arrived and Absolutely nothing was pulled by will call. I ask the will call counter person repeatedly for 30min and all he told me is that they're still working on it. But wouldn't even leave the counter to check. Finally I just told them to cancel the order. The regular parts counter guys are cool and other Fergeson locations. But Pomona Will call Absolutely Blows. I've been 10yrs ordering plumbing materials from Fergesons all throughout Riverside, San Diego, etc Counties. Pomona Fergeson is Absolutely the worst experience ever. Surprisingly it's a corporate Fergeson location. You'd think they have their stuff together. NOT
