Excellent customer service. I needed a VERY particular part on Christmas Eve and after going to all of the big box stores with no one understanding what I needed, I call Quanex Pipe & Supply. They were very helpful and went above and beyond so that my family could have a working shower going into Christmas.

I will be shopping here from now on.

I went to Home Depot for a problem with a new kitchen sink installation. They did not carry the parts. I heard about Quanex Pipe and supply. I went there and Hugo and Mario's customer service was excellent. They put the pieces together. Showed me how they would look and then gave me 2 pictures of what they would look like when they were finished. I would go here first before going to a big box store for your all your needs.

A couple of weeks ago I had a leak behind my washing machine and realized I needed to replace two angle stop valves. After multiple trips to Home Depot involving returns of valves that didn’t fit, I went to Quanex Pipe & Supply and I’m thoroughly impressed with the support I received at Quanex vs Home Depot. Though the staff at Home Depot was helpful they just didn’t have the knowledge, experience, or the parts I needed. Quanex not only had multiple options of parts, Dago and Hugo each patiently explained in detail the difference between each part on how to them. They walked me through step by step on changing the stop valves and confirmed I had all the parts I needed to get the job done.

They were so helpful it took me 10 mins to replace the valves once I got home.

It isn’t common to receive service this good nowadays… when I do receive it I want to praise it. Thank you Quanex, I hope I don’t need to buy anything from you guys soon but I feel good knowing that if I do have a plumbing issue, I have a place I trust for parts and support.

I love these guys. I am a General Contractor who lives in Northern California and came down to help my daughter swap a shower valve. We went to Home Depot and couldn’t find what we needed and none of the valves were sold as a complete set. It was a mess. We did a quick search for a plumbing supply place nearby and we are so fortunate to have found this place. Their customer service is something you don’t find every day. These guys know what they are talking about and have an incredible inventory for such a small location. Dago spent a generous amount of time with us, helping explain everything and making sure we had everything we needed. I didn’t have any of my tools with me, so they were able to solder cooper lines and install PEX tubing onto the valve so I could use shark bites to install the PEX lines when we got home. Thanks to their custom work, we were able to install the valve quickly and without issue. I would recommend them to everyone. Don’t waste your time at the big box stores, these guys have what you need and are an incredible resource to help you with your project.

Santiago Grajeda and his partner came over my place to help with a problem with my garbage disposal. The water wasnt going down and they replaced the piping and helped unclogged it. They where kind enough to discover the main reason it wasnt properly draining. I look forward to doing business with them in the future and I highly reccommend them!!!

Gabriel and Edwin did great jobs replacing parts that were leaking in the sewer pipes under the house, and in a toilet. Cleaned up and sealed around the toilet All perfect.

Needed my tank heater removed because it was in the way of a remodeling project. Richard was able to quickly get to the site and remove the tank, allowing the word to move forward and he did so with a great sense of professional and at a reasonable rate.

Nathan was perfect , he was very informative on my plumbing project and very helpful . I would definitely call him again .

Eduardo was very courteous and professional in his interactions with us and the tenants. He was also very prompt and diligent in the cleanliness and quality of repairing the broken pipe in the kitchen.
