At St. Petka Serbian Orthodox Church in San Marcos, CA, our historic building—standing tall for many decades—faced a critical challenge when our roof required urgent framing repairs and adjustments. With heavy rains forecast and time running out, Golden State Contractors Inc. mobilized swiftly. Under the expert leadership of Marko Ribich, Owner of Golden State Contractors Inc., the team executed the repairs with exceptional speed and precision. They not only completed the work on time and on budget but also ensured our building was ready to be fully dried in before the rains began—all while our church continued to hold services without interruption.

Their professionalism, unwavering commitment, and meticulous attention to detail transformed a potentially disastrous situation into a smooth and efficient repair process. We are extremely grateful for their outstanding service and wholeheartedly recommend Golden State Contractors Inc. for any commercial or residential projects. Their expertise and dedication to quality make them a true partner in maintaining and enhancing our community structures.

I just had my bathroom remodeled by Golden State Contractors, and I seriously couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Marko was super easy to work with, really listened to what I wanted, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
One of my favorite features is the custom walk-in shower — it turned out better than I imagined, with super clean tile work and a really sleek glass enclosure. The attention to detail was spot-on, and everything came together perfectly.
The whole project was done on time and within budget, which is always a huge plus. If you’re thinking about remodeling, I definitely recommend these guys. They crushed it. Thanks again for making my bathroom look so good!

Marko and his team of experts installed an electrical charging station at my home since I had recently bought an electric vehicle. Not only was Marko professional, but through his communication I felt very confident that the install was done properly and I didn’t have to worry about the safety of my home as such heavy electrical work can be a fire hazard if not handled properly. I highly recommend Golden State for any of your contractor needs!

I can't say enough good things about Marko! He has done a fabulous job with every single repair he's taken on—big or small. Marko is an amazing contractor!!!
I had an amazing experience working with him. From the initial consultation to the final touches, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The team was punctual, respectful, and clearly skilled at what they do. They transformed my kitchen exactly how I envisioned it — even better, honestly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality contracting work!

Never thought I’d be impressed by a crawl space cleanup, but here we are. They found duct leaks I didn’t even know about, sealed them up, replaced soggy insulation, and laid down a vapor barrier that looks indestructible. I can’t believe how much fresher my home feels, who knew the crawl space mattered this much?

Omar was a total pro! He installed the vapor barrier in my crawl space, and I could see how much care he put into the job. Since then, no more damp smells, and the space feels secure. Great experience overall, Omar knows his stuff!

I appreciate your quick response to our water problem. This past weekend, with all the rain, the pump operated effectively, managing to keep the water in check and the crawl space dry. Your timing was ideal, especially with more rain anticipated this weekend. Life already presents numerous difficulties and concerns that can disrupt sleep, but because of you, this is no longer an issue!

They cleaned, sealed, and even added a moisture barrier that has transformed the space. Plus, they repaired our ducts while they were at it, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Now, I actually feel comfortable knowing what’s under our floors, and our air quality has improved dramatically!

Ron came to my home in San Diego to handle both attic and crawl space cleaning and insulation. He was thorough, making sure the insulation was properly installed to improve energy efficiency. He also replaced an old moisture barrier in the crawl space to prevent future issues with dampness.

Let me just say, my attic has never been this spotless! Ron and his crew didn’t just clean it, they turned it into a space I’m proud to have over my head. The insulation was old and falling apart, but Ron suggested an upgrade and even added a moisture barrier. The difference is night and day! Now, our home feels warmer, and I’m not worried about hidden damage anymore

They explained how proper insulation would improve the energy efficiency of my home and even showed me the old ducts before and after the repair. The difference in temperature is noticeable already! I highly recommend them for anyone needing crawl space services!

I had a serious moisture problem in my crawl space, and it was starting to affect my home’s air quality. Leo came out, assessed the situation, and installed a vapor barrier that worked wonders! He also pointed out some duct issues and handled the repair. It’s like night and day now! If you’re in San Diego and need crawl space cleaning or insulation work, call Leo.

Our crawl space was a mess, cluttered, full of debris, and attracting pests. The crew came in, cleared it out, and encapsulated the space. They also installed insulation, making our home more energy-efficient. The difference in our utility bills was noticeable right away. Great job!

Our crawl space ducts were old and leaking, causing our heating bills to skyrocket. Ron not only repaired the ducts but also replaced the old insulation. They worked efficiently, and the difference in temperature control is incredible! Our home is warmer, and our energy bills are already lower.

Our crawl space was a nightmare, damp, musty, and a breeding ground for trouble. Leo installed a vapor barrier that transformed it into a clean, dry space. Now, our home feels healthier, and I’m no longer worried about mold or pests creeping in. Leo didn’t just fix the problem; he gave us peace of mind!

Leo worked some serious magic in our crawl space! What was once a dark, damp mess is now a clean, insulated haven. The new vapor barrier keeps moisture out, and we’ve noticed a huge improvement in our indoor air quality. Couldn’t be happier!
