IRP came at the recommendation of my plumbers and did excellent work taking out and restoring both of my tiled bathroom floors that sustained water damage. I also had them do a little extra work in the bathrooms while they were here.

It was really great working with everyone at IRP throughout the whole process. Thanks to David and crew on demo and dryout, and thanks to Grant, Brent, and crew on the reconstruction.

I'd also like call out Derek who did most of the work putting in the new flooring. Great guy and really knows what he's doing. The new floors look way better than what was there before.

We had not just one, but TWO slab leaks just recently to our small condo! Unfortunately, we have had other slab leaks in just a short amount of time! Fortunately, we contacted IRP for a second opinion as we were very unsatisfied with the work that the first contractor was doing. IRP's staff (specifically Jose, Grant, and Mike) has been instrumental in answering all of our questions. IRP's assessment and estimate was prompt, professional and reasonable. The last thing you want to come home to from a stay-cation is a flooded house... What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend turned into a nightmare when a kitchen sink leaked soaking my kitchen and living room. I called IRP and Dave the manager came promptly, he accessed the situation and set equipment. Colton and Jose were next on the job and showed up and showed out! They didn’t waste any time getting the job done! They were professional and friendly and talked me through every step, making the process run so smoothly. It’s nice to know there are still genuine people in this world. I would recommend IRP time and time again. I am so thankful for this company for going above and beyond to reach my expectations.

Jose and his team at IRP were terrific. We had no idea who to call to take care of a huge mold problem resulting from a leaky roof in a bedroom. Jose responded to my request for an estimate immediately and came to my house the next day. He was able to determine the extent of the mold/water damage and gave us a clear explanation of the process to remove the mold. We used IRP for a bathroom remodel in our home. We consulted with 3-4 other contractors before selecting IRP, attention to detail and professionalism were the main reasons.

IRP were truly a great company to work with. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and the plumbers who were fixing it recommended IRP to help with the drying out / repair process. José was awesome - he came out straight away, and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He was up front about the options and the pricing, and proposed a step by step approach. He came out several times to monitor the situation as we went along. He and the team were careful to protect the floors etc as they set up the equipment, and cleaned up after themselves. Found water leaking from my garage floor and shared wall to the kitchen. Called IRP as trusted this resource as I had hired them previously for a small mold remediation job. I was happy with their work.
I called and spoke to Jose, the Mitigation Dept. Manager, and he came right away to assess where the water was leaking from.

The mitigation team, immediately followed: Daniel, Eddie and Jered. It was a hot water pipe the under the kitchen slab. The team got to work setting up the equipment and removing doors, tile flooring, cabinets, counters to run the blowers to dry. The team was very organized, worked in unison to get the job done. They were extremely professional, respectful, and compassionate, if there was a rating system of 10, I would give them a 10.

From start to finish I've been so impressed by the entire company. We had a washer leak from the 3rd floor and needed water remediation and restoration. Not ever having gone through something like this, I got 3 quotes and IRP was the most affordable and thorough. I could tell just by speaking to Jose that he was more professional and ethical than the 2 other companies. Jose has been great at communication, all the workers were friendly and efficient, and the work was done so quickly and properly. Grant helped with the restoration and I feel so relieved that its done correctly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I don’t often write reviews, but this one is well earned.
We discovered black mold and wet drywall in our home (the result of a plumbing leak in the wall). We called a few restoration companies. IRP was able to come out the same day. The work commenced immediately.
The project required fixing the plumbing, getting rid of the mold, replacing the drywall, replacing damaged floorboards and baseboards, removing and reinstalling a toilet, and repainting.
From start to finish, the IRP team did quality work, quickly and efficiently. All of the employees were friendly, courteous, and considerate. The IRP team was responsive to questions and concerns. Most importantly to me, less than 2 weeks after the discovery of the problem, the house was completely restored.
I have worked with a number of contractors over the years on home repair. My experience is that the repair usually takes double the time estimated. Mike’s team got this done in under the estimated time frame and were responsive to our need for urgency, and they did quality work.

I solicited quotes from a number of companies and found Best Choice to be the most responsive and competitive. Beata was very helpful in setting up the contract and all the personnel were very skilled and professional. They did exterior stucco, fascia
and eave repairs & replacement as needed including application of Cool Wall coating.

They also did extensive repairs to my deck and it looks better than it did when it was new. I’m very pleased with the results & will use them again when other projects come up.

From an impressive presentation to methodical expertise, Best Choice truly is the Best Choice. Project manager Dave handled everything, including a minor electrical issue and an accommodation preference. Robert and his crew did a complete and expert job painting our home.
