Called them out on a late afternoon and this guys showed up in 45mim!!! All other companies were days out and in a crises that's not acceptable. I had a flood in my house at 2:30 in the morning, I called up West Coast restoration and cleaning, the team showed up within a matter of about 30 to 40 minutes and had started to do flood mitigation draining the water. They work directly with my insurance company to get the claim process fast and efficient, we definitely recommend them

WCR repaired the underside of my deck, which had several rotted boards underneath good Trex 2nd story deck. They removed the boards and replaced them with pre-painted, pressure treated wood the same size and put it all back together without disturbing the deck. You can barely tell a repair is done, except these new boards will last another 20 years or more. Very satisfied with the workmanship, they cleaned up well after every day, and the repair was done in just a few workdays. Sometimes communication took a while, but if you aren't in a tremendous hurry and you want a good quality job, I would highly recommend West Coast Restoration.

West Coast did complete the job and put back everything correctly. I would get a 2nd quote for an estimate from another company. We were in Escrow, and we felt that West Coast took advantage of that situation.

We had an emergency flooding situation caused by our laundry machine, and West Coast Restoration and Cleaning came through for us in a big way.

From the very beginning, Nathan (the owner) was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process from start to finish. This really helped reduce the stress of the situation. He also walked us through how to navigate the insurance side of things and pointed out potential pitfalls to watch for, which was incredibly valuable.

Nathan also explained that they use Xactimate software to build their estimates. This made a big difference when dealing with insurance because it is the same industry standard pricing system most insurance companies rely on. It helps ensure the scope and pricing are accurate, transparent, and more likely to be approved without unnecessary back and forth.

Nathan quickly mobilized his team and sent out Askia and Chris. They were both professional, respectful, and clearly experienced. They worked efficiently to dry everything out and restore our home back to pre loss condition. Throughout the process, they kept us informed, showed up on time, and treated our home with care.

What really stood out was the communication and transparency. There were no surprises or confusion. Everything was handled smoothly during a very stressful time. You can tell this company genuinely cares about helping homeowners, not just completing a job.

I have never had it professionally cleaned. Im a self-proclaimed DYI girl but lets face it, the rental dirt devil carpet cleaners, bissell, oreck etc can only do so much. and yes, i have done all three on my house. and yes my carpet looked so much better!!! ... for a max of two days. 30 year old carpet thats the lightest creme color seemed absolutely hopeless.

Enter Gary with West Coast professional Carpet Cleaning. He was referred to me by another local business who was booked up for several weeks -- I was on a time crunch to get my house clean and amazing. We spoke for a while about my needs and his carpet knowledge and he gave me a very spot on quote. To take his service further, he agreed to come over prior to our scheduled cleaning for an accurate quote and so I could meet him (i wasnt comfortable having someone I had never met entering my house on his alone while at work). Due to delay in finishing his last job and suffering through traffic, he came over around 7:30pm. I was so appreciative!

He was very honest about what my expectations should be based on its age and condition, and explained how he uses a very thorough process to lift out the deep-down-in-there dirt within the carpet mat -- this is an important step to get your carpet cleaning to LAST, and not all companies do this. you get what you pay for, after all. He went on to explain it more scientifically with pH etc(science is a bit over my head but i appreciated it!), stating he starts with a 9 and then does a second time with a 5 (i think). he also went room to room with me telling me things to remove from the floor prior to his work.

the outcome? whatever he does, he does it REALLY WELL. As requested, he texted me when he had finished the job. I couldnt believe it when I came home; my carpet looked BRAND NEW. no joke, it was even coloring throughout the space, including the high traffic areas. he left me two sets on booties so I could wear in the house and keep it awesome. i was also really impressed with how dry it was after only a few hours -- meaning he extracts moisture really well. on a cool and overcast winter day, that was really appreciated.

super fair price for a large 3 bedroom, two story house with a staircase. and such an honest and personable 1-man-show. i love to support local businesses who take pride in there work...so when you need your carpet cleaned and your mind defaults to those large chain companies - consider this instead. cant speak highly enough about the experience.

for the first time in nearly 5 years i walked into my house and SMILED instead of stared embarrassingly at all the stains that come with being a cat owner. that reaction and pride I now have is pretty much priceless.

Had my two bedroom condo, all carpeted, cleaned with West Coast Carpet Cleaning. Scheduling was a breeze, and they were on time, courteous and professional. They got out all the traffic stains as well as a large soda pop stain in the living room that I didn't think would clear up.Carpets look great now.

Will use them again and would recommend them.
