Hello, I had Zerorez come out and clean my living room sofa, loveseat, and area rug, and they did an amazing job! The scheduling was easy, the price was fair, and my technician Alex was very kind and professional. He took time to explain everything and was very thorough. He was extremely respectful in my home, and I would definitely use this service again! My furniture looks new again. They included picture shows when most of the back of the sofa was clean, but the right side shows the before state that it was in. Quite a difference.

Jovanny A. called an hour prior his ETA. He did a work thru of the job area. I initially scheduled to just have him clean our Shag rug. I asked about an estimate if to add more rooms & he professionally quoted a reasonable price with the help of the office personnel. Ended up having him/ ZeroRez clean 2 bedrooms, closet space, 2 set of stairs plus 80 sq ft shag rug. Jovanny, finished the service in a timely manner. He is very personable & professional. ZeroRez is an amazing product. I have a rug in my family room ( where we live most of the time) that acquired a massive oil stain. We cleaned it up the best we could with carpet stain removers and it was OK for awhile but with all the foot traffic the oil left in the carpet really attracted the dirt so it was time to get all my carpets cleaned by a professional. I've been loyal to ZeroRez for many years and as always it paid off. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the tech, Giovanni, let me know when he was on his way and was very professional and courteous. He explained his process and when I asked if he could get the big oil stain out he just said "I'll do my best", good answer. Well, take a look at the before and after pictures! What a difference! I continue to be sold on the "no-soap ZeroRez system.😁

Ronnie was wonderful. They were on time, respectful of my walls, baseboards and furniture. They cleaned my carpets and my couch and did a fantastic job. Both look brand new. The whole process was quick and I paid a little less than $300. 10/10 will use again.

I've never been so pleased with carpet cleaning in my life. Zerorez came highly recommended by several friends who have used them and so when my neighbor Carol offered their services I was so grateful for her kindness!

We were kept appraised of every step of the process with excellent communication as to when they would come, pricing, and they were very accurate as to when they called to give a time estimate as to arrival.

Luis, the technician was such a wonderful young man, so polite professional and respectful. Very cheerful and very thorough in both explanation and getting the job done thoroughly.

I was so completely amazed at the difference made with the spot treatments, and the special brush roller that they use before they clean the carpets, and all of the trapped dirt and hair and yuck that came up just with that. Even after that step the carpets already looked a thousand times better, but when they cleaned them, that was the icing on the cake.

I have attached before and after photos but they don't even do the cleaning justice. Before there were coffee stains, tea stains, pet stains, essential oil stains and years of grime and dirt that no amount of vacuuming was ever going to lift. The after photo doesn't do the carpets justice but they just are so sanitized and clean and it feels like such a fresh start!

I would never use any other carpet cleaning service than Zerorez and I plan on keeping maintenance so my carpets stay fresh and clean!
