We have used Zerorez to clean our carpets multiple times over the years. Every time our carpets are thoroughly cleaned & look rejuvenated. They are always professional & on time. The employees have always been polite & showed care about completing the cleaning to customer satisfaction. Great company & employees.

Call experience was great, tech scheduled me on time and same day. The tech vacuum cleaner Matthew ruined it -he came aggressive, no listening skills and loud, with no willingness to help the customer, he just wanted to get job done and project he is the boss. I sent him back home because it was awkward and made me feel unsafe, then the company sent 2 other friendly techs the next day that listened and asked questions, they explained the process throughly and made the experience better.
If it wasn’t for Matthew, this review will have 5 stars, yet consistent training and quality personal integrity will benefit the customer and company overall. I am not asking to go an extra mile, treating clients with integrity is the standard.

The reps were on time, quick, did a great job and were super friendly. Pricing was extremely reasonable too. They were able to do an estimate and a cleaning within 24 hours. Couldn’t recommend them enough! We will be back! (The was a commercial job for our office)

Scheduling the service was easy through the website. I received a follow-up call to confirm the appointment, an email the day before and a text the day of. Technician notified us when he was 45 minutes out and he arrived about in the middle of the window that Zerorez had given us. We showed him the rooms we needed done and he quickly got to work. We appreciated that he wore shoe covers and left everything spotless. Our carpets look great and there’s no mess anywhere. The technician was friendly, professional and efficient. Would recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

I’ve had my carpet cleaned several times through out the years, this is extremely the best hands down. Roy is my guy, anytime carpet needs to be cleaned, I’m asking for Roy. Great attitude, very nice, excellent customer service.

Our technician, Jose, was on time, very professional and ensured we were satisfied with the results. He was careful navigating the home and watching out for our furniture and decor. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very polite and accomodating. I had originally scheduled both carpet and upholstery cleaning. The technician reviewed the fabric details carefully on my sofa, and realised they would not be able to completely satisfy my needs, and informed me of that before starting that service. I really appreciate the honesty.

I had no idea what to expect with Zerorez I chat GPT them and saw they had a high rating. I was pleasantly surprised. I had a freak accident and had candle soot all over my brand new beige upholstery couch. They were able to come out next day and fully clean my entire loveseat couch for an extremely reasonable price. He even told me “it probably won’t come out” but he really did the most… scrubbed the couch 3 times and got pretty much all of it out I was shocked!!! He was extremely professional and I could tell he also was a perfectionist! I wish I could attach before and after pictures of how amazing of a job he did. He also did my headboard for my bed and was able to get that stain out as well which I didn’t anticipate. I would highly recommend this company!

We called Zerorez to clean our carpets today and are extremely satisfied. The technician, Johnathan, arrived on time, texted before his arrival to let us know he was on his way. Very thorough job that really made our old carpet look like new again. Places where is was matted down from foot traffic became fluffed up and looking good again. I have to say this service was better than any previous cleaning that we have gotten. A+ to Zerorez!

I recently had my carpet cleaned by another company That didn’t do a very good job. Even though they came back a second time, I was still not satisfied. Your crew arrived today and professionally evaluated the situation and did a fantastic job. My carpet looks great. Thank you very much for the fine service.

Cleaned a much needed staircase and landing that had pet stains and heavy wear. Looks as good as it's ever been. Also I had a last min call, I had to jump on, right as Luis C. (ZeroRez Tech) arrived. Had to give him instructions in 60 sec and then run up to my call. He told me not to worry about it and he would handle it. I got off my call, Luis was gone (he had texted me prior to leaving) and everything looked perfect. Thanks again Luis!

Thisnis the second time we've used ZeroRez. Highly recommended. I was able to call and make an appointment very easy. They had several time slots open including weekdays and weekends. The gentleman called ahead and even though I didn't answer the call he came anyway.

My tech was amazing and super kind! My only complaint was that he arrived 45 minutes after the 4-hour arrival window. I received text updates twice but still he arrived after the time detailed in the last of the text updates. Usually, Zerorez is on time and very efficient… this is not their usual performance, but definitely informs how I interact with Zerorez moving forward.

This is my third time using Zerorez San Diego. Each time has been an outstanding experience. Today, Moses cleaned two sofas, two area rugs, and one room. He did an exceptional job!! My carpets and furniture look brand new again. Very much appreciated 🙏 I will continue to use their services in the future.

Excellent service, professional technician and good communication with the office. Scheduling was easy and service on time. Carpets look new again! Reasonable prices so I can do this more often as needed instead of waiting!

The tech was very nice and did a great job. My complaint is with the company not asking me what kind of stains we had and letting us know that there would be an up-charge for pet stains. I am not happy when we are quoted a price then told when they arrive, "Oh it's going to be $55 more for those 3 little stains (which is why we called you). I will call around in the future and see if the cleaning includes everything or what the charges will be for each stain. The cleaning was just for my stairs. The rest of the house is hardwood.

My technician did a great job! He worked so efficiently and honestly freed me up to do other tasks around the house. The space looks so impeccable. I should’ve taken before and after photos but I am so impressed. Only after an hour, all the rooms 4 rooms and mattresses have been cleaned and I couldn’t be happier!

I recently had the pleasure of having Ronnie from Zerorez come to clean my couch, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. Ronnie was incredibly professional, punctual, and friendly. He took the time to thoroughly explain the cleaning process and ensured every inch of the couch was treated with great attention to detail. Very impressed with my technician and the service I received for my stairs hallway and two bedrooms, carpets were left damp and not soaking wet and technician did a thorough walk through and told me what to expect, super happy with the results.
