Matt was very informative and polite. He walked me through exactly what he was going to do, cleaned the carpet effectively and efficiently, and then provided me with pointers on how to maintain it between cleanings. I really appreciated the service and would highly recommend.

Mason is knowledgeable and efficient.
He did a great job on our stairs and treating several pet stains. He has cleaned our carpets before and I’ve always been pleased.

I’m sure they’re probably great for carpet cleaning. I wish I was advised that they were not going to be able to clean my car just as well. I wanted my seats, deep clean and unfortunately, they look pretty much the same as before. The carpets also is not much better. I thought that maybe going with a commercial grade carpet cleaner would help me get my seats and carpet very clean, but I was very wrong about that and next time I’ll just be going to a good mobile detailer. Super embarrassing, but this is my car after the cleaning believe it or not, it looks the same.

My carpet turned out so nice because Luis did a very good job. I’m very very thankful for him before Thanksgiving. He did a very good job. Thank you.

Ronnie called to let me know when he would arrive. When he got here we talked about what treatments were needed and he proceeded to clean! He did a fabulous job and when he left my carpet looked and smelled brand new! Very pleased! I highly recommend ZeroRez and I’ll even ask for Ronnie again next time!

Quick and easy! I had two address rugs that needed to be cleaned and I was able to set up same day cleaning. Communication was good and it only took about 20 minutes. I don't know why I didn't do this sooner!

Great experience solution-oriented. Very easy to get estimate, set up appointment. Technicians very capable, explaining all steps and effective. Stains were completely removed and the sofas now are like new. I am very satisfied.

Unfortunately I did not have the greatest experience. The tech was not personable or informative. He immediately walked in and tossed my nice throw pillows on the floor and on the dog bed. I also don’t notice much of a difference in the cleanliness of our couch (I did not have any major stains, just normal wear). The one “ problem” area does not look any different. I also noticed after he left that he banged the corner of my stair case, leaving scrape marks/dents and the paint flaked on the floor. For these reasons I would not recommend.

Matthew did a wonderful job with sanitizing as well as cleaning our carpet in the primary bedroom, two other bedrooms, stairs and two large rugs in our living and dining room. We had quite a few pet stains on the carpet, and he was very knowledgeable about how to get rid of them, and sanitize properly. I’m impressed with how clean and fresh everything smells! He was very personable, polite, knowledgeable and professional. A bit pricey, but worth the quality of his work.

The tech notified me before arriving. They were timely. Jovanny and Jonathan did an absolutely fantastic job. Carpets look amazing. They were friendly, professional and efficient.

I had technicians, Dillon and Joseph, clean my carpets today from ZeroRez. They came into my house with a smile, very professional and explained the process to me. They were very efficient and had great teamwork. My carpets were a bit wet but clean when the job was completed. They said the carpet should be dry in 24 hours.

I’m extremely happy with Ronnie and Mason from Zerorez. Ronnie is the definition of great customer service. I was ready to replace our carpet, but they came in and made our floors look brand new. They cleaned the entire house—travertine, rugs, sofa, everything. Our home is now fully ready for the holidays.

The process was very quick, and booking the appt was easy. They gave me a call before arriving and then showed up on time. They were very friendly and did a great job!

My neighbor highly recommended this company, so I decided to give them a try. I have two area rugs different material and wanted to see if they could clean both. The person who came out Cesar was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He wasn’t sure if they could clean the second rug and said he would take both and check with his boss, days went by and I received an invoice asking for payment but no other communication . I ended up calling them a couple times to check the status. After my second call I received a call back saying both rugs would be cleaned and they could even do both for that special price they offered for the one. Needless to say I was ecstatic and paid the invoice after that call and even included a $50 tip for their extra effort with the second rug.
Today, both rugs were brought back, but two other people (not Cesar) and when I saw the second rug I mentioned it didn’t look like it had been cleaned and still had the same discolored spots and the pine needles from the Christmas tree when they originally took it out. They told me they didn’t know anything about it and had no details for me.
I emailed back after they left asking to be contacted about this. Hopefully they have some answers for me as this has left a bad taste in my mouth for my first experience with them. The first rug that was the dirtiest looks like new, night and day difference from the second rug.

Tech Scott always does a thorough and fantastic job. He cleaned 4 rooms & 2 area rugs this time. He also sprayed a protectant. Zerorez is worth every penny.

Can’t say enough positive things about this company and my Tech. Great communication showed up exactly when he said did a walk-through set my expectations and took care of business! He was super friendly, very professional and did a great job! One of the most surprising things was it was exactly what they quoted me and they gave me a discount. That has never happened before with any carpet cleaning company Ever! Usually when they get here, they try to upsell you on everything And it’s never the price they quote you over the phone. I am super happy and we will recommend This company to everyone I know.
