We needed to get our roof clean before we started painting. I called San Diego pressure washers and spoke with Tom. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate getting it scheduled before our painters started. That is some awesome customer service! Alfonzo came to do the job and he worked tirelessly in the heat cleaning the roof and making sure everything was done with excellence! It looks great! Thank you Tom and Alfonzo for the 5 star service!

They did an excellent job/ above & beyond~ our roof looks brand new! I cannot recommend this company more! Hopefully our insurance company accepts this & renews us. : )

I neglected to leave a 5 star review for this company after they cleaned our roof last year for a very reasonable price (they also cleaned our stucco walls, gutters, eaves and exterior windows all in less than a day). I don’t have pics, but they would be similar to the other 5 star review below whose insurance was threatening to cancel them because of moss on the roof (moss on a composite tile roof… shaking head at the ridiculousness of predatory insurance companies). I will also be back 4 years from now to have it done again. Highly recommend this local, probably small, owner operated company.

Terrible customer service. I called and (what I'm assuming is the owners wife) answered. I told her I have some family I wanted to send their way for the business (they needed work done badly)..she then proceeded to rudely tell me "we're not interested stop calling us" as if im some telemarketer.. all i wanted to do was send my family to these people. Safe to say we will not go with these people and they lost out on about 2.5k per month in work. What happened to friendly customer service??

Tom with San Diego pressure washing came out the next day with a crew and completely transformed the roof. Plus they cleaned up all around the house afterwards highly recommend San Diego pressure washing.!

I had a great experience with San Diego Pressure Washing. I got in touch with them on a Monday and 2 days later on Wednesday they had completed my roof tile cleaning.

Lorenzo arrived at my house early and walked me through everything that was to take place. Lorenzo was very detailed and thorough. Not only did he leave me with a roof that looked like new, he left the sight with cleaner windows, gutters, patio, and driveway cleaner than he found it after the post roof clean up. San Diego Pressure Washing did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our roof tiles! I called San Diego Pressure Washing requesting pressure washing my roof, my gutters, my solar panels and the outside of my windows and screens. RUDY showed up and called to tell he was here and asked if I needed to move my car it was in the garage. He quietly set up his equipment. We then walked the property and discussed the job and answered all of my questions. RUDY quickly got started. Periodically, I watched Rudy and noticed he was experienced, methodical, efficient and seemed to enjoy his job. He is professional and courteous. My house looks fresh and beautiful.

Just wow, what great service, follow up and work!! They came and cleaned the roof, gutters, house and walkways- cleaned everything up after too!!! House will be a rental and is on the corner so everyone sees it and many people asked for more info. Need a sign on the truck or temporary sign in front of house so they know who to call. Highly recommend!!!

San Diego Pressure Washing did an amazing job at my home today! They pressure washed the driveway, walkway, and back patio, and everything came out looking spotless. My backyard especially looks like a completely brand new yard — such a huge transformation! They may have missed the front porch, but overall, I’m so impressed with the quality of their work and how fresh and clean everything looks. Highly recommend their services and will definitely call them again!

Couldnt believe how much dirt came off my Roof. In just few hours big difference. Tile roof color much brighter after wash and my house also so much cleaner. Never been cleaned in 30+ years. Great job Alfonso !! He worked very hard and cleaned up mess on ground too!

What a great experience!! …… talked to Tom on the phone he googled my address ask a few questions and give me a super fair quote. We set a date to do the work to which I wasn’t in town for so Tom e mailed me photos of the job when finished a few days later and I paid him over the phone…. When I arrived home I was TOTALLY pleased to see a clean roof as well as soffit's and exterior walls. Walkways and pool deck were fresh and clean also…. I doff my hat to you sir. Thank you !!

San Diego pressure washing did an incredible job at an amazing price!. I spent weeks reading reviews and contacting different companies to see if they cleaned 2nd story roof tile that got me too much attention with my HOA. The techs were well prepared and very professional throughout the enter process. They explained how the work would be completed without damaging any tiles, how long it will take and even gave me advice on how to keep it algae free with OTC products after a professional cleaning. The whole process was incredibly easy for me, and the price was far more reasonable than what others wanted. It was great work at a great price. I absolutely recommend them! Don’t waste your time searching around, they are THE COMPANY you are looking for.

Tom at San Diego Pressure Washing successfully convinced me that I needed to address the mildew we had accumulated on our house in Del Mar. Tom educated me on the advantages and better safety of their “Softwashing” System and the package deal he created for our roof, gutters, windows, house walls, eaves, and hardscape was an excellent value. Rudy and the crew were professional, efficient, friendly and after cleaning our entire property of all the built up muck of the long rainy season we just had, left everything perfectly clean. Received a letter from insurance that our policy is going to be dropped due to our roof having mold, mildew, algae. I reached out to this company and spoke to Tom who was amazing. We scheduled an appointment and they power washed my roof and what a difference! I sent the photos over to insurance and our policy was reinstated! Highly recommend to do this and I will definitely be a return customer every five years!
