Extremely disastrous experience. I sent the flagstone pictures, I said lots of windows, 3 car garage. The text messages were approved by Tom’s wife, she was wonderful & said I would receive a quote in a few hours, which I did. Tom left me a detailed message about using soft wash versus power wash on stone & flagstone. I returned his call, we had lovely conversation, he explained different prices including garages, windows outside/inside, roof, & walls. I was certain the final price was $675 for what I agreed upon. We set a date for Monday 1/16/2024 at 11AM. On Monday at 6:44 AM I texted Tom to postpone our appointment due to high wind warnings & messages we were receiving from SDGE about shutting down power. He understood after I explained more. We rescheduled for Thursday 1/16/2024. His worker Rudy arrived, who is great wish I could have allowed him to do the work. Automatically, Rudy said he was notified today at 4AM for this job & Tom said it was concrete work. Noooo.. We have flagstone, which Tom saw pictures of, left me a detailed message about my flagstone (I have the message). Tom looked at the pictures but not thoroughly. Tom explained he’s been very busy, I understand, I’m a biz owner as well, & mistakes happen & when they do, I have to eat the costs of the mistakes.. The price went from $675 to over $900. That was not agreed upon. Tom didn’t put it in writing to me or Rudy, when I texted Tom what the price is gonna be, I was ignored, I said to Rudy, I can’t allow you to start work without knowing what the total coast is going to be in writing. Rudy said Tom will keep the agreed price of $675, but I didn’t trust it, I called Tom & I was correct, he increased the price to over $900. Discussion got heated, yes, I’m mad, not only is the price increased but the worker was told he would be doing concrete, which takes less time & no special chemicals. Rudy gets 5 stars, he was in the middle, he saw the text message & the pictures. As for Tom, I’m sorry to say his business practices are not ethical, to bad, he was very charming & likable on the phone. EVERYTHING needs to be in writing. I found another company 30 minutes later, written quote for $600.

The cleaning of the roof was done extremely well, I was impressed with the finished job. Tom sent his crew to remove moss from roof since Tesla solar panels were being installed, and the roof cleaning was done quickly, and very professionally. They also power washed the walls, floors and cleaned windows from any runoff caused by roof cleaning. I would highly recommend this hard working crew.

I wanted to thank San Diego Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning for the excellent job they did. They cleaned my roof, gutters, windows and cleaned up all the areas around my house. Don't waste your time looking for a power wash company. San Diego Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning exceeded all my expectations! Tom is fast, knowledgeable, and reliable. He fixed the lines on my concrete driveway that were left by the previous power washing company. He cleaned spots on my roof that the other guys couldn't get to. I am very happy with the results! I highly recommend his services!

Tom was very responsive to figure out and remedy the dark spots - probably mold - on the soffit of the roof. His crew are very nice and know their work well. This is the second time I have used Tom and highly recommend him for all power washing needs. Thank you Tom!

It was an easy process setting up an appointment. They were able to get me in right away. The manager was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly to me on what would be done, why and how. He explained the root cause of "dirt" on my house isn't dirt but mildew on the roof. Apparently they are the only place in SoCal to provide gentle cleaning under the solar panels so they wouldn't get damaged. Thank you for that detail.
Rudy did a fantastic job! He showed up early, was very respectful to us and the property. He cleaned off the roof, walls and everything around it quickly and didn't leave any mess behind. He cleaned off the problem "dirt area" high up on the house we couldn't reach. He even offered to help put a window screen back on that had fallen off. Excellent service at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend.

It has been over a year since these guys did my roof and I have to say it was some of the best money I've ever spent. I had another contractor install new flashing, then got the roof washed and it's like having a new roof. My house looks much better and water run-off is perfect. They cleaned my place up nice afterward. Highly recommend using these guys.

Dealing with Tom from the company was very easy and once I approved the quote, he was able to schedule the work cleaning my roof within one day which was great. Alfonso, the cleaning technician was at my house at the time he said he would be there even though it was a really bad rainy day! Everything was seamless and I would recommend them.

I am very pleased with my roof cleaning experience with San Diego Pressure Cleaning and window cleaning today. Rudy and Alfonso were totally professional and very thorough. In addition to removing all of the very thick algae from our roof, they also cleaned the gutters and windows and all look great.

San Diego Pressure Washing was easy to work with. They showed up on time. Did a superb job. The house was cleaned so well the neighbors came by to see it and request the same service for their home. I have other homes and will be using their service again. Glad I did the roof because I could see black water coming down when they were spraying.

Tom was extremely responsive and accommodating when we needed our roof washed in order not to lose our home owners insurance coverage. He made it happen the same day. Rudy, the man who performed the service was helpful and attentive. He sent me the needed photos right away. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs their roof washed.

San Diego Pressure Washing cleaned my clients clay tile roof yesterday along with the gutters and stucco walls. Wonderful experience, showed up and got to work on an 86 degree day! Took about 4 hours to pressure wash roof along with whole house. Everything that fell to the ground was also cleaned up. Needed to have this done in preparation for solar install and these guys did not disappoint!
