Josh was right on time at the early end of the window and was clear with the process, how it worked and why. He was extremely professional and worked diligently for 2+ hours on a small area (40’ x 15’). Josh coached us on how to maintain, gifted us a free wash bottle, we were very impressed. My husband got down on the ground to smell the turf, smells great! Thank you!!

William did a phenomenal job with our dog run today! His attention to detail was amazing & he was very thorough. The odor’s been eliminated from that area (& trust me, with 3 dogs, it stank!) & the turf looks brand new again!

brody is the top-notch professional at weber brothers carpet care. my pet has unfortunately caused a mess on several of our carpets, but brody was not only able to completely eliminate the stains and odors, he also provided us with helpful tips to avoid any future incidents. he is consistently punctual and works in poway. he carries out his job with consideration while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

I will certainly use their services again. Initially, there was a mishap where they accidentally damaged a carpet that was worth $3500. However, they immediately expressed their sincere apologies and assured me they would handle it, which they did! After a call from Brody, who is one of the owners, we discussed the situation and they followed through with their commitment. They rectified the situation to my complete satisfaction. I really appreciate the honesty and effort Brody put into resolving the issue!
