This company has great customer service and they do a fantastic job. In particular, I'd like to commend David Biacsi, who did the initial inspection, for his professionalism and dedication to doing the job right, for his customers. Also, to Amos, who came out in a heatwave and worked all morning, with a smile. Highly recommend!

Our original service agreement recently expired, several years after our initial treatment. During that period, we requested service twice (we live on a canyon and termites are a constant problem) for small infestations, which they quickly came and treated the issues. After expiration, we signed up for continued coverage, and was very pleased that they came out again to perform an inspection and discovered a couple of spots we weren't aware of. Again, they quickly took care of the problem. We originally selected Hi-Tech because we didn't want tenting due to landscaping issues, and have been very happy to be able to control the termite problem with their alternatives. With any treatment, you usually only eradicate the existing termites, so having a continuing service agreement is a real plus!

Had 5 different termite companies to inspect and decided to go with High Tech termite Control Inc with the job. David Biacsi was a no non-sense expert and was really knowledgeable and professional. Although High Tech is not the cheapest, they offer the best value and the best ROI for me. My unwelcome friends are now all gone. Great job guys!

Charity, Shane, and Cory were all friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. The whole process was stress free, and the products and services are, I think, very reasonable. They were able to offer a tent-free alternative for my situation and back up their work with a great warranty.

Dave the Inspector, is very thorough, professional, & honest. Finny the Office Person, is an important middle-man. Lastly Corey, my Technician, is skilled with a professional yet personable demeanor.

What I look for as a homeowner are these types of people, work qualities, & performances. I feel comfortable & confident allowing Hi-Tech to be my go-to moving forward.

Our HOA recently switched to this company because the last was not doing a good job--this one is! When I needed an escrow inspection and treatment asap, they really came through--they clearly truly care about their customers! Friendly and professional, and a hundred times better than dealing with the previous company. I would recommend them to anyone!

Of all the companies I talked to, Dave Biacsi had the best inspection and professionalism! His 25+ years of expertise really showed and he was honest and straight to the point with me. No fluff, no bs, this is the company to go with.

They offered many types of services and solutions for our termite problem which put me at ease knowing I didn’t have to move out for a tent. It’s a mid priced service so not cheap but not wildly expensive. They know what they’re doing.

I had a great experience with this company so far. Jeff came out and gave a fair assessment, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff was able to squeeze me into his schedule within a week, whereas our previous service had us waiting at least a month for a visit. We are currently not scheduling any services after Jeff's honest recommendation, but I know who to call if we need termite services in the future

I just want to thank Hi-Tech Termite Control and in particular one of their inspector's David Biacsi.

To say that David is simply a consummate professional would do him a disservice because he's MUCH more than that. Hi-Tech was the 3rd company that we received a bid from and in all honesty it was David's care to detail, his empathy in addition to the knowledge that he displayed which ultimately won us over into deciding to go with his company.

He thoroughly explained the entire process including walking me around our property and then began to not only show the damage that he found but more importantly how he specifically planned on repairing it. Which included NOT simply using wood bonding epoxy repairing techniques but actually REPLACING all the damaged wood with WOOD! In fact, he put together a competitive bid on that same day!

Our damage was moderately extensive (not as bad as some but more than we initially realized) in any event David's repair crew was AMAZING (a gross understatement) it took approx. 3 days to complete all of the work due to the extent of the damage, but I can honestly tell you that our home looked as good if not better than when purchased back in 92' (seriously).

The bottom line is if your home needs a termite inspection, termite reconstruction, or anything else termite eradication related... Hi-Tech Termite Control is the company that you’ll want to take care of your problem(s).

And ask for David Biacsi specifically... My wife & I and are certainly glad that we were fortunate enough to get him to help us.

Ray came out and did a detailed inspection (more thorough than the other two companies). He was very sincere and his price was fair. Plus we didn't have to leave the house during the treatment.

Frank showed up and did the work. He was very clean and respectful. At the end of the day I was very happy with the over all experience. They gave me a 3 year warranty on my whole house.

I trust David and always took his recommendations, the last being a 3yr warranty that included subterranean termites. I strongly believe and with full confidence say the HiTech is the reason I enjoy a termite-free home.

We ran into some termite issues a couple of years ago, and we decided to go with HiTech Termite, because we really appreciated that they didn’t depend on harsh chemicals to deter termites and that they offered multiple alternative options for treatment, we liked their price point, we wouldn’t have to move ourselves, plants, or cat, and we liked that they included a warranty for the work. We were really happy with their service, so a little over a year later, when we decided to sell our house. We reached out to have a pre-inspection completed by them since the work was still under warranty. We began to hit some snags and communication issues. We became pretty frustrated since it was such a stark contrast to our last experience with them, and were ready to drop HiTech and go with another company just to get our house ready to close. At this point, John, the newer owner of the San Diego area branch reached out to us. He had recently taken control of the San Diego area after successfully leading the Bay Area Branch. He was going to be in town to clear up some issues and set some new standards to match the quality of service he’d already established up north. He promised to take care of our repairs and get us to closing on time and he 100% followed through. His team was very polite and professional, and they did a great job and ultimately enabled us to close on time! We totally understand that we are all human and mistakes can be made, and at the end of the day I prefer to do business with companies who can own their mistakes and do what they can to make up for it. We are very appreciative that John and his team intervened and turned things around for us. We whole heartedly recommend this company if you run into termite issues! They will take care of your home with great respect.

I reached out to Hi Tech Termite Poway location and was able to get immediate service. The Branch Manager, David, was extremely responsive and very knowledeable. I was impressed with how thorough he was in the inspection he provided and caught things that an inspector from a previous termite company failed to catch after multiple visits to my property.

When we discovered an additional unexpected issue with subterranean termites after during extensive remodeling of my property, Hi Tech provided a simple and very cost effective solution, blowing the competition out of the water. They offered spot treatment of Termidor in the affected area when other termite companies that I contacted stated they would have to treat the entire property! They were affordable and mobilized quickly to help us resolve this issue. Corey was the technician and did a wonderful job completing the work for me.

I was very impressed with the attention to detail, experience level, and professionalism offered by these employees and highly recommend their services! It's always difficult as a homeowner to address unwanted repairs and maintenance, however, Hi Tech made this process much more simple and I learned a lot from them as well. We've had our turf cleaned annually by Turfresh for a few years, and they always do an amazing job! It's a nice refresh each summer and everything smells clean and looks like new. Super easy scheduling process and they are very responsive to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!
