Neil's Vent Experts did a great job. I had just moved in and wanted to be sure the ducts were clean and safe. They were professional, friendly and took the time to explain answers to my questions. They installed permanent air filters which are better and will save time over the long haul. They also found safety issues with the dryer vent and will be coming back to fix that so there's no fire risk.

So responsive and a true Pro.

Almost 2yrs ago Hi-Tech treated my home and property...today I am having the flooring..carpet and laminate flooring replaced...when they pulled the laminate flooring up...they saw that the termites left a trail and where they left a trail the termites ate the plastic sheeting as well as parts of the laminate flooring...the best news I can tell you is that the treatment Hi-Tech used did its job...there was no live termites moving about...i am glad that Sidney Naranjo did a great job of allaying all my concerns in the beginning and I highly recommend HiTech Termite Control to treat your home and property...you cannot go wrong and its money well spent and 1 less thing for me to worry about...and they will be coming around soon just to check on the house and property....part of their customer service..thanks for taking out the worries and a huge thanks to Sidney Naranjo the crew and Hi-Tech Termite Control in Poway !!!

Did some research and was pleased it paid off. We live near the beach with lots of termites around so we ended up tenting the house. All went well and all the people on their staff were exceptionally informative and attentive.

We were told to get a family owned pest control for fair and reasonable service.

We got a bunch of estimates and chose them; they were reasonable, and they explained in great detail, what we. needed It never felt like hand waving b.s. of a “salesman”

Do not trust this business. They subcontracted a company Quality Pest Control to tent and fumigate my house in San Diego. After the fumigation there was a break in and valuables were stolen. After checking my outdoor cameras it was obvious that it his was an inside job from one of the workers. Avoid or be very careful if contemplating using this service.

I had a recent swarm of flying and crawling bugs that looked like they might be termites. I was very concerned about a possible termite infestation. Syd from Hi-Tech came out the day after I called them and did an inspection that determined they were flying and crawling ants and not termites. Syd provided some information on termites that was extremely helpful for the long term. I dodged the termite bullet for now and can rest easy thanks to the professional help from Syd Naranjo and the Hi-Tech termite team. I rated them 5 stars. Thanks, Syd!

I had Hi -Tech for termite treatment few weeks ago. I do recommend they highly. They were professional, courteous and punctual. They explained the procedure in advance and took care of the termite in a timely manner. They warranty there work and their price was fair.

David showed up at my home for an inspection. Had noticed some termites in a gazebo outside and wanted him to inspect that and the house. David was on time, courteous and performed a thorough inspection. When all was complete David said he didnt think there was anything to worry about and that we probably just had some termites passing through and they didnt get into the wood. There was no charge for the inspection and advice or the piece of mind. Will definitely use and recommend Hi-Tech Termite Control for future work.

I have used Hi-Tech Termite Control twice, both for inspections. They are prompt, courteous and go above and beyond what you would expect. When our inspector pointed out dry rot on our patio he not only stayed until my husband removed it but held the ladder and assisted. I would definitely recommend and most importantly, use them again!
