Sometimes you catch a line of 10 cars or so. They do their best to get everyone through as fast as they can.

The staff is always friendly even in this heat.

Been here once before. You must be a Poway resident and once you drop off your items, they get sorted into different bins. Keep in mind, that they are closed the Saturday after a major holiday. Found that out the hard way. 🙃

Good selection but way over priced plants

I like the variety of plants, soil and pots. I usually can find everything I need.

This home Depot is not very busy and usually have sale items in stock

Needed some pool supplies, they had what I needed at a reasonable price and then some other items. One stop shopping! 👍

I like the selection of plants the prices are pretty good but the best thing is their return policy

Our favorite Home Depot store. Lots of parking, great service, delivered with a smile. Knowledgeable staff, especially in the garden area.

Found just what I was looking for, although it was out on the shelf😞, the Asst Mgr Jake helped get more down that was in stock!!! 😊 He was so helpful and nice, I really appreciate all he effort to get some more, because it was just what I needed for my 7th Anniversary present copper!!!! 😁

They had exactly what I needed. Mike helped me pick up and load in my trailer a very heavy railroad tie. Juan was very helpful at checkout, and very quick to call Mike for the lifting help. Thanks to both of you.

Very helpful people at garden center. Right now they have tons of verity to choose in desert plants and in different soils. Since weather is so nice here in San Diego everyone is getting ready for planting. It was pretty busy there.

Always friendly agents willing to assist in choosing products. Awesome garden center. Just completed a major home remodel due to family member's paraplegia. Purchased thousands of bucks worth of items here. Buyers at this location have great taste. Also, agents were willing to work with me when I needed to buy in bulk & pick up later. I have access to other locations, but this one is best!

The manager was extremely rude and arrogant. He also said the Home Depot policy for returning plants is 90 days and only longer if I used my Home Depot card. The Home Depot website says otherwise, “Perennials, trees, roses, and shrubs
Have a one-year guarantee and can be returned for store credit after 90 days.” This young manager also stated that there is no and never has been a 1 year guarantee.
I believe I figured out why this store always seems empty.

Alfredo and his team did an amazing job cleaning up the long- neglected yard of our new house. We had a ton of overgrowth, multiple palm trees, and eucalyptus to remove. We have a large slope our neighbor said hadn't been cleaned/cleared in 30 years and they made short work of it. The whole team were amazing to watch, I'll never cease to be amazed at how hard working this team is. I just can't say enough good things about Arriola Tree!
