Clinton and Jacob came out to my home in Poway to perform the yearly chimney and fireplace inspection. Before arriving, they gave me a courtesy call and showed up right on schedule. They took a moment to walk me through the process, then got started with the chimney sweep and inspection. Their work was efficient and thorough. After they finished, they explained everything they had done and even shared photos showing the different steps. Now I feel reassured that my fireplace is safe and ready to use. After calling for a service call , i was given a time slot of between 630 to 730 , the techs that arrived came at 10 oclock at night , i explained that i worked for a general contractor and this company was recomended to me for residential use. Before entering the building i told the tecnichians my unit turns on , gets cold and freezes up. the commercial company i deal with suggested the unit was somehow blocked and needed to be cleaned. the techs from this company told me i needed freon of which they originally quoted me 1500 for service labor and materials , after asking for a reciept the number changed to 900 which still being extreamly expensive the tech assured that was the problem so i went that route , beforehand asking if he could check for leaks before putting the freon. he told me it was a 700 additional charge to check for leaks but he didnt think it was a leak or that the unit needed to be cleaned it was just the freon. i paid the 900 after the fact noticing the name on the reciept address and phone number are different from the number i called for the service. Immediately after the techs left my unit froze up again. i called to find out what the company intends to do , they want to offer me a credit towards a new unit which will come out to close to 5000k. ive called the speak with a supervisor have yet to get a call back. BEWARE OF THESE HVAC GUYS , THE NUMBER LISTED HERE SAYS "PROVEN HVAC REPAIR " THE NAME ON THE RECIEPT SAYS "GARDEN STATE HEATING AND AIR" . Dont run the risk this summer.

I was sneezing a lot and my nose was itchy in the house. My mom said maybe the air is dirty. We called Braydon's Air Professionals in Poway to come and take a look. The guy came out and showed me all the nasty dirt inside the vents. He vacuumed it out with a big hose. I don’t sneeze as much anymore and it feels nice to breathe here. I’m glad they fixed it.
