Grant from dependable plumbing did an amazing job replacing pipes for my shower drain. He went through a series of steps to diagnose the issue, tried snaking the pipe, and going in through the pipe vent. He provided all the details I needed to decide to replace a long 15-ft section of pipe. And so glad I did. The rust build up inside the pipe was unbelievable. The pipe was replaced with a better material to prevent this in the future. And my shower drain is working great now.

Huge thanks to Diego at Dependable Plumbing. He responded fast, found the cracked cast iron pipe, and handled both the temporary and final cast iron replacement with great care. Upon a visual inspection he caught another damaged section and fixed it on the spot. Professional, efficient, and very easy to work with.

Very expensive! A service call was $88 and when they came to our house they charged $460 for a pin hole leak on our faucet. It took the guy all of 15 minutes to fix. Save your $$ and find another plumber

Last Sunday, Bobby saved the day. 3 units in my complex had plumbing issues and Bobby came and fixed the problem. Bobby is professional and knowledgeable . He will be my go to from now on. Thank you Bobby.

"I called DEPENDABLE PLUMBING because our HOA recommends it. I needed to get my shower cartridge replaced, when i called their business number i was given a quote of MAX costs of the job was $245, and I said ok it's fine and scheduled the next day, but before they schedule me an appointment, I have to give them my credit card information including security code so they can have it on file and made sure that they are gonna get their money regardless of the situation! The following day the plumber arrived and checked what kind of cartridge i need and took a picture to ask Valley industrial plumbing supplies if they have them. He came back to my house and told me yes they have it. I said "Great!" And then he proceeded to tell me "Oh by the, the part cost $140 ($65+tax in valley industrial) plus my my labor cost $231 for a total of $371. I was like, what?" Yeah ok whatever! And then he proceeded again "Oh by the way an addition of $102 just for me to check what kind of cartridge you need" for a grand total of $473! And if there is a chance that I break your valve, that will cost you around $2thousand dollars!!!! I was like WHAT?! You break it and I still pay for it?!! If I am the plumber and the customer said yes to that, then I just given him the permission to break my valve so I can pay him to fix it!!!

Aaron did great job fixing our unit, the kitchen sink was all clogged and sewage water started flowing up. He was able to fix the problem quickly, would definitely recommend him!

So this is how you do Business.? I call early morning and told I would get a call back to ask what the issue is so that they can come ready to do the work. 3 hours later no call. I call back and told that someone would call me back right away. NOW it's 6:30 in the evening and I call back and what ami told. That they are all booked up for the evening. Your Google listing says 24 hours. Why lie. I will be talk to my HOA and requesting that this company is replaced ASAP. This is not how you do Business. And as far as emergency calls go, Do yourself a favor and don't call this company.
