They rescued us again clearing out roots from the main sewer line. Grant went above and beyond on this call as access was difficult. Tony has a long term solution to solve this recurring problem.

This is the second time I have used Dependable Plumbing. Both times they were outstanding. I had a hard to find leak, that only appeared some of time. Grant was able to diagnosis it and get to solution. 100% would recommend.

We are a preschool in what was formerly a K-8 school. The school was built in 1950 to give you an idea that we are dealing with old cast iron pipes. The other afternoon water started coming up through the floor drains. Our custodian tried snaking the pipes to see if that solved the problem. After pulling many old baby wipes out, the problem still persisted. Grant from Dependable Plumbing was out Friday morning to jet out the drains. We thought the problem was solved, but started having some back up again. Grant came back and located another area and cleared that out as well. I am so grateful for the fast response and the commitment to finding and solving the problem. Grant cleaned up after all his work, leaving the areas cleaner than when he arrived.
I have 2 recommendations:
1. Remind your employees that they should NOT flush baby wipes down the toilet!!!
2. Call Dependable Plumbing when said employees ignore the first recommendation! They are now my go to for plumbing issues!

Exceptional Service from Gustavo at ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing!

I needed urgent plumbing help on Sunday, August 10th, after my originally scheduled plumber canceled last minute. ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing came to the rescue, offering a same-day quote – a huge relief!

Technician Gustavo arrived to handle the installation of a new kitchen sink and faucet. His professionalism was outstanding throughout. Mid-job, when he went to pick up parts, I realized I also needed a new garbage disposal. I called Gustavo, and without hesitation, he went back to the store specifically to purchase it for me. This willingness to accommodate my last-minute request was incredibly appreciated and went above and beyond.

Gustavo was not only highly professional but also friendly and courteous. Most importantly, he did a fantastic job with the installation. Everything works perfectly, and I'm very happy with the results.

Francisco arrived timely, evaluated our leak throughly and was professional and patient answering all our questions. The plumbing charge was reasonable and most of all if it should happen again I will have ASAP the Drain Guys number handy and feel confident in their work and assessment.

Highly recommend. Jerald was awesome. He was insightful and didn’t recommend more than we needed, but gave us options. Not salesmany at all.

Luis was terrific. He explained everything, and how much it would cost, showed up and did the work (replacing a toilet). I took off one star not because of Luis, but I think that ASAP charges exorbitantly high prices. $950 to replace a toilet and the new toilet was supplied by me? Really??? It was short notice when I called, but my autistic daughter lives with a caretaker and with no toilet, it was causing a lot of anxiety. I give extra props to Luis in that after the work he said he would give me a discount (about $200 off of the $950 price). Still high, but I definitely appreciate Luis doing what he could to offset their ridiculous pricing. Five stars for Luis but one star for ASAP.

We had one of the best experiences at our commercial unit thanks to technician Albert. We were dealing with a major blockage in our drain pipes that was affecting our toilet, and Albert was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the problem and making the necessary repairs. Despite how troublesome the issue was, he had everything fixed within just two and a half hours.

Albert also explained what could be done to prevent future issues and recommended replacing our toilet since he pointed out it was very old. We decided to follow his advice, and he returned the next day to remove the old toilet and water supply, then install a brand-new one.

Thanks to his excellent work, we’re confident we won’t be running into any more problems. We were so satisfied with his service that we’d recommend Albert to anyone in need of plumbing work, and we’ll definitely be reaching out to him again for any future plumbing needs.

I had a serious sink drain issue. Ortiz and Gustavo from ASAP Drain Guys came out to help. They were professional, friendly, and worked quickly to get everything flowing again. They explained what was causing the problem and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciated their hard work and great attitude—highly recommend them if you need reliable drain service!

Matthew serviced my drain today and did an excellent job. He was prompt, professional, and cleared my clogged kitchen drain quickly. I’m extremely satisfied with his work and would absolutely recommend him.

Our hot water heater stopped working on Christmas, so we called ASAP the next day. Robert came out that day and confirmed we needed a new one. He explained things to my husband as he did his work, and even worked in the dark and rain as the water heater was outside. Robert needed another part to complete the job and returned early the next morning. He did a great job and we now have hot water. We have used ASAP before and will be calling them again!

They were very responsive and helpful. Jack Belkada was a fantastic technician. He advised us on our best options without trying to up sell us.

Jared came to our home late at night to do a faucet valve repair for an issue that resulted in the water being shut off. He successfully did a temporary repair that night to allow us to get the water back on and then returned the next day to complete the repair. He was friendly, professional and honest.

ASAP Drain Guys were great. Not only did Jack (technician) meet his commitments being ontime he was able to complete the repairs quickly and efficiently. Being in the Education field it it vital that our students are limited to as much inconvenience as possible.

All the staff I dealt with were so helpful and service oriented. It turned out to be a minor issue as I expected, but with no hot water, I needed a reasonably timed visit (not 5 days out as a major company offered). Jack quickly solved the issue. Gave me a little education on maintenance for my water heater, and was on his way. Over the few years I have been in this house this was the 4th plumber to come out for the same problem, always after a storm. No others provided the helpful suggestions to prevent this from happening again. Thank you!

Had a cast iron drain issue during a shower remodel. Alex responded quickly. Gave a clear explanation of the issue and the repair and worked hard to get it resolved. Best the other quotes by a mile and delivered high quality and top-notch service. Would absolutely call ASAP again.

My old refrigerator icemaker valve was totally corroded and Jared very efficiently and professionally replaced it and afterwards checked for possible leak. He made sure that he used the top of the line materials so that would prevent the corrosion in future. Very happy with the work. It was done at a relatively reasonable price and on a very short notice.

I would highly recommend ASAP and Gustavo again and again. Gustavo was professional and knowledgeable. His expertise and calm demeanor in a very high stress situation were greatly appreciated and kept us feeling reassured. Gustavo was able to detect a slab leak quickly and confidently and was able to offer effective solutions. 5 stars

Great customer experience. Eric was very clear what the options were to clear the patio drain. His recommended option worked and was very cost effective.

Francisco V., was the technician that responded to our our residence cold water leak in close proximity to ground slab. I had a couple of plumbing companies not mentioned that looked at the leak and wanted to upsell with pipe reroutes etc. Yes, definitely a consideration in the long-term solution, but for now I wanted the leak fix. Francisco looked at the leak, and replied can do and less than 30 minutes later - running water. The service cost was reasonable. He was very professional and courtesy throughout. Not to mentioned I requested several plumbing estimates from his company that I have postponed.
