Dependable Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new kitchen faucet for me. Zeke was on time and friendly and went above and beyond. The service was fantastic and the installation was smooth and professionally done.

I will definitely reach out to this company when I need a plumber again.
My HOA sent them out to fix my toilet (my home warranty doesn't cover the pipes in the internal walls) that was not flushing due to a clogged pipe that was also affecting my neighbors plumbing. They sent out Adam and man was he a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly, professional and cleaned up afterwards (I was shocked nobody ever does that) he definitely went above and beyond and was also polite and friendly to my neighbors. He did an excellent job.

The person I spoke with on the phone was also very polite and willing to help. If your looking for a company that seems to know what they are doing and from the looks of it treats their employees well, hire them.

Dependable was the 3rd plumber that came to my condo to fix a clogged kitchen drain. The first could or would not fix it and tried to upsell me for additional work costing close to $1,000. The second was honest, but try as he might couldn't unclog the drain. He didn't charge, but I felt bad for him since he tried for an hour and couldn't get the drain unclogged. Derek from Dependable showed up on time and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Derek is the best. I'm using Dependable from now on.

I can't say enough about Dependable Plumbing's customer service and expertise.

Grant is fantastic and was able fix to an ongoing issue with our dishwasher/sink in minutes.

We needed repiping after 3rd slab leak. Dependable plumbing were amazing. Nick came out to look at job - couldn't have been nicer. Start day of work, they brought 6 plumbers and finished 2 bath condo in one day. They cleaned up and even swept up our patio. Best service of any kind we have experienced here out of HVAC, handyman, and most especially plumbers.

We had an emergency community water leak and called dependable plumbing at 5pm. Not only showed the team up fully equipped and prepared, they were also very knowledgeable and went above and beyond a regular plumbing company. Big shout out to Diego and Grant for their professional assistance and excellent service.

Dependable is a ripoff plumbing company. Get competitive
prices before hiring. They wanted to charge me $1200.00 just to hook up my new faucet , garbage disposal, and dishwasher from my kitchen remodel. When I complained they lowered it to over $900.00 . They were charging $400-$600 an hour for a two hour job. I hired someone else for $300.00 to do the work. $150.00 an hour. There's a lot of plumbing companies that want your business. Don't fall for the ripoff trap. As president of our HOA, they will no longer be handling our plumbing needs as well.

I had a laundry list of plumbing issues (some that I had been ignoring). Once again, a call to Dependable took care of everything. The pressure regulator was fine. The running toilet just needed a new gasket and they had a new disposal on their truck. Every time I work with one of the members of Dependable I get a knowledgeable, personable person I can easily work with.

I felt compelled to write a review after having such a refreshing experience with Dependable Plumbing. They answer calls, they call you back, and the communication is definitely above board. Pricing is straightforward – no bait-and-switch prices or upsells to expensive, unnecessary repairs. The technician assigned to my job, Nick S., was professional, courteous, punctual, and did quality work. He also cleaned up after himself and made efforts to reduce noise since I was working from home and had to be on phone calls. I will call Dependable Plumbing back for my next job and ask for Nick.

Diego the technician came around 9:30 am, looked at the leak and he said he’ll fixed the leak but looking at all the pipes and the shut off handle (he can’t even moved it) and said that it might get worst if he forced it. All he can due was to clamp the pipe that has the leak to stop the leakage. He checked all the pipes and took pictures and showed it to me. All other pipes are all corroded and advised to be replaced. He’ll have the office work on the proposal of how much it will cost to replace and work on the pipes. I was very satisfied with Diego’s work ethics, explaining everything to me.

Writing reviews for mid to large size companies is always a bit challenging. Not sure what went right or wrong with other customers, but both my experiences with DP (Grant, in particular) were excellent.

I understand they need to earn a living (as do I) and products, services, brick & mortar, and employees are far from inexpensive nowadays.

On both occasions, one of which was after hours, DP was responsive, communicative and on the ball. I wouldn't characterize their services as inexpensive, but they are excellent!

That's not to say they should rip your eyes out, because you're in a plumbing pinch — and in need of professional assistance.

Suffice to say, excellence doesn't come cheap. I hope your experience with DP is similar to mine.

Dependable Plumbing lives up to their name! Jeremy Romio took my call. He listened to my situation, and was able to schedule someone immediately, in addition to answering all of my questions. Jeremy's kindness is worth noting. Grant Mize was my plumber, and he is incredible. He contacted me prior to my appointment, was on time, and walked in with the biggest smile. He immediately identified the situation, and assured me it could be fixed. He explained the different steps he would take, and the associated costs. (Compared to other plumbers I've used, I found Dependable's pricing to be reasonable.) Grant is very skilled and knowledgeable, and also happens to be incredibly friendly. What impressed me the most was when he shared his love for the work he does, and for his employer. There is something to be said for family-operated businesses like Dependable Plumbing. I am glad to have found them for any future needs.

Today I contact Dependable Plumbing for major kitchen sink leak. The dirty water is overflowed from the kitchen sink . The plumber, Grant came to the rescue. He came right away and fix the leak. He is nice and polite explaining the situation. This is the second time I use Dependable Plumbing . They are reliable , honest plumber. I will call them again for any plumbing needs.

Fantastic service all around. Grant Michael and Diego were the model of professionalism as they re-plumbed my condo. They did a great job even while indulging my many questions. I would certainly call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Should have read the reviews first but they were the vendor of our HOA. They started off great, they were referred by our HOA, they came out within 2 days, the plumber was great they diagnosed the problem pretty quick, he said he needed to talk to his office for next steps with the HOA. This is where is went south, it took the 45 days to get back in touch with us, at this time they said the HOA said it was our issue to deal with, we said ok what do we need to do. Erick said he would contact the HOA for the main water shut off for the building, they gave me a crazy quote of $600 for $10 parts from Home Depot (plumber told me it was a stock part at Home Depot). They said it was because they needed to drain the system, still do not understand this. Here we are 30 days more and now Erin is telling me he never said he would coordinate with the HOA that’s our job, I asked to talk to the owner Jon …. I was told by Erin, Katie and Jen he doesn’t return calls he’s way to busy. But they are happy for me to coordinate with the HOA, and they will come out and do the work as long as they are available.
They were charging upwards of $600 to change a cartridge, the plumber that actually did it in 24 hours for $200.
So here we are with a 2-bathroom condo and 1 is out of commission because there not doing what they said, DEFINETLY not Dependable

Had a water heater leak, called first thing in the morning. Grant came out the same day to rapidly diagnose and treat the water leak to completely fix the issue. He has great communication, friendliness, and timeliness. Will keep dependable plumbing in mind for future issues!

My HOA recommended Dependable Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. They answered my call right away, scheduled the earliest available appointment, and coordinated with my tenants to ensure access. After assessing the work, they provided a fair estimate and completed the job efficiently, leaving the area clean and neat. GRANT, the plumber who handled the job stayed in contact with me throughout, even sending before-and-after photos. I highly recommend this company!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! My HOA sent Dependable Plumbing to address a leak in my garage. When the technician arrived, I asked for an estimate or a rough quote for the service. He claimed he didn’t know and suggested I call the office, which was closed for the day. The technician then placed a small SharkBite clamp on the leak and told me the office would call the next day to schedule a proper repair and provide a quote. The office never called me back. Instead, they sent a bill for $550 just for clamping the leak, without even providing a proper repair. Had I known it would cost this much, I would have never used this company. Save yourself some money and avoid Dependable Plumbing.

I called Dependable Plumbing on Friday August 15 and called them for a potential slab leak. They had Diego their tech come out and he was great and accessed it all. It was tied it to my washing machine small leak and avoided a ton of underground work. All solved. Katie was their customer service rep who was very nice and accommodating on a Friday and walked me thru some of the issues. Very very good experience. All professional and their pricing was very reasonable. Didn't feel at all like a corporate upcharge. Highly recommend them for any plumbing work. Thanks again

Superior experience twice now. Had incredible service from Thomas first, needed them to repair a large leak at a commercial property I manage. Really reasonable pricing and communication was stellar. Called again for another issue at the same site few months later. Nick was dispatched quickly due to the emergency, was up front, understanding and more than thorough. I couldn't really be more pleased, highly recommend.
