I had such a good experience I had to share it. Robert came out last week to give me an estimate. He was very competent, professional & knowledgeable. The repair appointment was set up. Water had to be turned off in the building so residents had to be given notice. Robert showed up on time which is a big deal for me. He knew what he was doing & got the job done. He was meticulous about the right parts being installed. The repair was a complete success. I put ASAP Plumbing in my contacts so I'm ready whenever I need them again. Robert was very nice & explained what he was doing as he worked on the repair. Robert at ASAP Plumbing will be my go-to plumbing company. Thank You Robert. See ya next time. The Technician (Steven Baloun) was absolute Phenomenal!! Extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and looked out for the customer, meaning, he was very honest about the repair and what would be a better solution to save the customer $$ and time. I have had plumbers in the past, but Steven is by far the best and most courteous professional I have had the pleasure of meeting and working on my home. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I will hesitate to ask for him. He is the best only person I trust in my house and to do the work.

Gustavo did a great job reassembling a kitchen sink and plumbing leak I had managed to create with a botched DIY project. He was courteous, friendly, and professional as he expertly worked his magic. I felt the price was fair and the service saved me from a ton of stress. Thanks ASAP!

Matt was absolutely awesome! Very informative. He offered a variety of solution based remedies to prevent future flooding. All around a really nice and professional gentleman.

We thought we could change out kitchen faucet and garbage disposal but the old valves became an issue. It’s Sunday rainy day and needed a plumber quick. Called same day plumbing and Matthew Baker came to our rescue. Very professional got the job done. We are very grateful for him. Braulio Romero Ramos was fantastic! We called because our garbage disposal wasn’t working and causing a sink back up. He was very transparent about the potential outcomes and what it would cost. Luckily, it ended up being an easy fix. Quick work and very nice.

They were able to fit me in quickly for a service call. Francisco was prompt, polite, and efficient, and he walked me through both the best-case and worst-case scenarios for the repair. Thankfully, he was able to resolve it with the best-case approach. I’d definitely call them again.

Gustavo showed up on time and clearly communicated what needed to be done. He honored the companies quote and worked quickly to clear the problem. When another large Plumbing company told me the clean out was “inaccessible”, Gustavo had no problem accessing the clean out. No predatory price increases, no convolution. Much appreciated Gustavo, thanks for your help!

Steve the guy who did the repair was great. He did the job quickly and quietly -no drama, so my rating is for his work. The price however was on the high end to put in a new wax ring.

Really pleased with our service from ASAP and Jerad who went above and beyond for us. He made sure we had a solution in a tough situation after a washer/dryer install and importantly made sure our unit and our neighbors were safe. Nobody ever wants to need a plumber but we felt lucky to have been sent Jerad!

I had a gas leak at my home. Eduardo came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and made tye repair all in the same day. A new gas line was installed and everything us great again. 3rd time using ASAP, I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repair.

Woke up on a Saturday with our main water line leaking. Called ASAP at 8am and they got us in for an afternoon appt. Jack came and quoted us a fair price. I had called a few others for estimates and they quoted almost four times the cost to repair. The other quotes wanted to replace the entire pipeline when the elbow was the only thing leaking! We felt Jack was honest and was focused on fixing the real issue instead of taking advantage of us in a dire situation. He got it all done within three hours! He cleaned up and stayed to make sure all faucets working outside and inside the home and to make sure the pipe wasn’t leaking anymore. He provided us tips for sealing back the area. What could have been a major disaster turned out pretty good and now we have a trusted plumber we can call for any additional work we may need in the future. Thank you!

Alexander was great, very fast and explain what the issue was. He gave me a couple of options to fix it as well as the prices for each option. Will definitely use them again!!

I am the community manager for Carefree Ranch Mobilehome Park in Escondido. A sewer main blockage can be a critical problem for our community and, though rare, we need quick, reliable service when something like this happens. Zach Haun was our tech today and he had our line cleared in a matter of minutes. I recommend this business if you are in need of drain cleaning.

William was great. He had to completely redesign my washing machine drainage area. Ran into another issue after he left and he came back to fix it.

Jessie did a great job. He was professional and performed his work very neatly. I've used ASAP plumbing in the past and will continue as long as you maintain staff as qualified and courteous as Jesse. My new shut off valves have no more leaks what a relief.

Today we woke up to a clogged line again! Argh!!

Ben was very helpful, patiently working to resolve our problem. Things is, there was no clogged line when he checked it. He spent more time making sure it was clear asking questions to determine what may have been the problem.

In the end, I did not need service; we were glad to have Ben back, who is familiar with our backyard and our security guard roaming about, the Salcata tortoise Hector.

ASAP technician Matthew did an awesome job finding the source of our drain blockage and getting it cleared out when we had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday night. He was friendly and helpful and kept us apprised of what was going on. We really appreciated his work and would be happy to have Matthew and ASAP assist us again.
