Thank you SO much to our technician George Braman and the ASAP Drain Guys plumbing team.

It was a Saturday night at 5pm when we realized we had a backup in our plumbing and our showers and toilets would not flush. We conveniently had 10 people coming over for sushi dinner within the hour….uh oh! George arrived to our house within 30 minutes of originally calling, and right on time with when they said he would arrive. He diagnosed what our issue was and had everything fixed quickly. We truly appreciate the quality and quickness of George’s service and highly recommend him and his team to anyone who needs the help!

Luis and Francisco went above and beyond to help us resolve an emergency plumbing issue late at night! We had a leak at the base of our toilet and some drainage issues after 8pm. We were originally told the earliest they could have someone out to us was after midnight, but Luis and Francisco showed up almost an hour early to help with our emergency. They worked tirelessly until 3am to help clear out what turned out to be a clogged main line and charged a fair price for their work. They also helped to identify a problem spot that needed a fix to help avoid a repeat instance in the future. We'll definitely be using ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing to resolve that issue in the near future as well. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Side Note:
The apartment building that I managed was out of hot water for days. ASAP service manager Dan, made sure that the part was made as soon as possible and he Tracked The parts' every step until it was delivered and then he had a crew waiting to do the install. Again, thanks Dan and your team for expediting this process for all of our residences!

Zach was very helpful in preparing an estimate to install a shut-off valve for my water. He was cordial, answered all my questions and gave advice on what I needed to do to prepare for the service. I was very impressed.

Gustavo did an excellent job with the repair of our plumbing problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He took care of business and did his job well. We are grateful and we highly recommend him and the company.

Alex came out on a rainy day and helped us resolve a recurring clogged drain line issue. He was efficient, professional, and very detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Well im back again with a new review this time without my beautiful goddaughter. Today i am reviewing Eduardo Vazquez from ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing. Eduardo arrived early on the day of my service call. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. He explained what he would be doing in terms that were easy to understand and preformed the task quickly and efficiently. Tested it all and I am highly satisfied that I made the right choice in calling the ASAP Drain Guys and was extremely fortunate that Eduardo was the professional assigned to my call. I am definitely making The ASAP Drain Guys my goto plumbing company and will be requesting Eduardo to be assigned to my call the next time i am in need of a professional plumber. We had a great experience with ASAP! Our plumber, Eduardo, was awesome. He was on time, polite, super knowledgeable and worked as quickly as possible to fix our issue. The work was done in just a couple of hours and has held up! We really appreciated Eduardo coming out and getting it done so quickly.

There has been a recurring main plumbing line problem that I have been dealing with for years... which ended up being a piece of 2" ABS in my 3" main line, likely from the previous owner and not disclosed when I purchased the home. Initially company "X" came out and gave me an estimate but said they could not guarantee their work. I waited and dealt with the problem on my own for years and finally had a friend refer me to ASAP. I could not be happier and super pleased to have 2 gentlemen Andrew & Angel do an excellent job on my property. Office staff was very thorough, communicative, and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone... and of course they fixed the problem!

Ran into trouble soldering on new angle valves under a sink (leaked after install and then I couldn’t get them off), ended up stuck with the water turned off. ASAP was quick to answer and called back with an earlier service time than originally offered. Zach was super professional and didn’t balk at my botched job - appreciated that. Was a tough job to correct my work and get the soldered valves off but Zach pulled it off after a few attempts. Price was a little higher but understandably for sweating off my valves. Thanks Zach and ASAP plumbing!

I strongly recommend ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing, especially technician Mathew, for their outstanding service.
I contacted ASAP yesterday afternoon after my tenant reported a toilet drainage issue. The company informed me that a technician would be on the way within two hours and confirmed that no emergency or urgency fee would be charged. (I had contacted several other plumbing companies before deciding on ASAP.)
Mathew demonstrated excellent plumbing expertise and strong communication skills. Upon arrival, he quickly identified that tree roots were the primary cause of the blockage in the drainage line. He clearly explained the issue and provided several repair options.
After 2–3 hours of dedicated work cutting and clearing the roots from the drainage system, the toilet was fully restored and flushing smoothly again. My tenant is extremely satisfied with the results.
ASAP charged exactly as quoted — with no hidden fees or emergency charges — and even provided a $75 discount.
I truly appreciate their professionalism, transparency, and quality workmanship, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service. They came iver and checked out the issues, then gave me a very reasonable price and options to fix the isues. I had then back iut out a few days later to do the work and Martin (with assistance from Tanner) spent the day fixing everything. Then they cleaned up everything. Could not be happier.

Our water regulator and shut off valve started leaking over the weekend. I contacted Plumbing Plus on Sunday afternoon via their contact us form on their site.

Christina reached out to me Monday morning to share availability for someone to come out later that afternoon. 30 min before their arrival I received and automated text with information about a technician being dispatched to my house. Jordan was professional and courteous; he talked me through his assessment, estimated cost and answered all my questions.

Work was clean, efficiently, and ahead of schedule. Jordan took my payment via tablet and photos of the work and invoice were sent instantaneously. I highly recommend Plumbing Plus!

Tony of Plumbing Plus has been taking care of my home and two rental homes for a few years. He’s always polite and explains the work that needs to be done. He recently flushed out my tankless water heaters and noted my water pressure valve had failed. High water pressure can lead to pipe leaks and failed plumbing fixtures. He replaced the pressure valve the same day and did a full inspection of all my plumbing fixtures.

I’ve had to amend my previous review due to some new information. On Friday the water heater tank started to leak in my recently passed 90 mother’s house. I live in Oklahoma and am here working on things. It was installed in January of 2019 by this company and their sticker was on the tank so I called them. It was only 6 years old which seemed crazy that it only lasted a bit over 6 years. I called to make an appointment as was told a repair tech would be able to come out that afternoon which was great since it was Friday and going into the weekend and I needed water. Let me say that the customer service by everyone from the woman who took my call to my service tech Jake was wonderful. 5 stars plus for professional and courtesy. My reason for giving only 2 stars is the price of the replacement. I was told it would be $4533. I thought that was very high but it’s California, things aren’t this expensive in Oklahoma, and it was now 5:30 pm on Friday night so I didn’t have time to call around.
So they replaced it and told me the warranty had run out six months earlier and usually that brand lasts closer to 13 years but my mother hadn’t had the yearly flushes done so that would have voided that warranty anyway. She was 90 so oh well, she was lucky to be able to walk let alone keep track of that. Most neighbors and people I told about this over the weekend said they never flushed theirs and they lasted much longer than that. When I lived in California mine lasted over 20 years and we never flushed it. I told a couple neighbors that it was $4533 and they were shocked. Word quickly spread through the Lake San Marcos community and everyone was talking about it and that no one had ever paid that much for a tank replacement or heard of one costing that much. More several people in here are realtors and own rentals. So two people told six people who told a whole bunch more people snot how much it was and they were all aghast. Needless to say I won’t be using this company again and neither will anyone around here. It’s like they say “ do a great job at a fair price and they will tell a few people. Do a bad job or in this case be extremely overpriced and word gets around to a great many people.” In my case they seemed to do a great job and the people were great, it’s the price that did them in for everyone around here. Apparently it wasn’t a fair price it wasn’t even a reasonable price. Next time I’ll take the time to be patient and call around.

We had a major water leak and we needed somebody fast to stop a deluge of water. Matt really came to our aid and made sure we got someone out ASAP. David arrived shortly after and took care of our plumbing problem fast and did an excellent job!

We had a clogged toilet drain. Martin Ruiz discussed all of our options and helped us decide the best way to move forward. He showed us what he found and helped us understand how to prevent the problem in the future. He told us he will follow up in a couple months. Great communications!

We've been using Plumbing Plus for years as our go-to plumbing experts. We called to have our tankless water heater flushed and Dave did a great job. He also inspected various components of our home plumbing. Dave was friendly, courteous, wore booties while in the house and thoroughly evaluated our plumbing system. We will, of course, continue to use Plumbing Plus and heartily recommend them without reservation.
