Technician Greg came out on Memorial Day weekend after hours and fixed my leak that was flooding the laundry room in a matter of minutes was very knowledgeable was very pleasantly surprised at the affordable priming on a holiday weekend great service and great customer service thank you will recommend his services to friends and family.

Greg came out to look at my shower last week after hours to accommodate my schedule he was extremely responsive and extremely knowledgeable more over the price was right I highly recommend this company.

Scheduled emergency plumbing services with Hometown plumbing Co. I waited from 4:30 - 6:30pm which was the appointment time. 6:15 Ì called the company and they said their tech was at another job and wouldcome as soon as they were done.. At 7:15pm I was called by the on-call plumber who said the company should have called me to say someone should have called to say they could not come out that night. Meanwhile my broken pipe was shooting water out since 4:30pm flooding the inside and outside of the house causing damage to both. They list they are 24 hour repair but I guess that is not really true.

I then called Howe plumbing with new time of 8:00 - 11:0pm. They arrived at 9:15 and made the repair but now I paid overtime and a hefty fee for the repair.

EPS was extremely quick to schedule someone to come out to address my plumbing issues. No tricks - just good prompt service. I'll use them again.

Very pleased with repair/replacement of faucet. Very thorough, clean, tidied up nicely. All working well. Greg and son did well. Happy they could out quickly.

Urgent need for a pipe repair in the kitchen ceiling. They were on site within a couple hours, texted before they showed up, were super helpful, polite, and clean. Fixed the problem within an hour. Cost was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

I had a water break in my front yard leading into my house where as I had no water to my house. Of course, we had company staying with us at the time. I called EPS and they were over with in a couple hours and had fixed the break in 1 1/2 hours. EPS was Professional, courteous and everything works Great. I would highly recommend them to others!
