Greg and Gage were super responsive to my request on the same day, professional, and finished our plumbing issue in minutes! I definitely recommend this business and it’s nice to see a family working together.

I would highly recommend this company, especially Greg and Gage, who were very responsive and professional when we needed plumbing repairs. Very happy to a found this company as my new go to for any plumbing needs. They went above and beyond by providing me extensive information about the water damage, and were also extremely reasonable cost.

Greg and his son Gage were excellent. They showed up on time and fixed everything in just a few hours and even fixed a toilet I hadn’t asked about. I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience; needed emergency response early Saturday after discovering pin hole water leak flowing from water heater supply line, intruding into fire wall. Water was all over garage floor, back wall near our water heater and ultimately inside our house. Fast response, trouble shot and repaired leak in no time.

They were great to work with. Greg and his son came over to fix our hot/cold shut offs which were rusted over. Our setup doesn't allow for easy access so they took the necessary steps to make sure it was done correctly.

Greg and his son came out immediately in. They diagnose the problem and fixed it. They also got us started with a flood repair service without having had to ask. Period. They were polite, clean, professional, and I think God I was able to meet these guys at a difficult time in our lives.

EMS saved our lives on Thanksgiving. Our shower on/off valve failed internally leaving the valve in full open position. I contacted them not expecting to actually speak to someone and wow! They answered at 8PM on Thanksgiving! Came out first thing in the morning and took them two hours to wrestle with the problem. The stem valve was extremely difficult to remove thanks to San Diego hard water. But the they refused to give up. Installed a new one and they charged a reasonable price considering it’s Black Friday Holiday. They are a family owned and operated business and gave us important tips on other issues that should be resolved before they fail.

They will be my goto plumber from now on!

I was extremely pleased with the professional & quick response of Greg & Cage with EPS. They did a quick & clean job. I can't say enough about how pleased I am. Finding EPS is a great find. I'd highly recommend. They turned my bad day to a great one!!!!!!! Barbara in the office was fantastic too. They were true to their word.

The office manager, Barbara was wonderful. She helped us schedule an appointment and communicated with us about our scheduled appointment. Jeff the plumber did a great job installing our Moen Flo system. Mike was extremely helpful explaining the app. We highly recommend EPS. They will take care of you. Overall it was a great experience! EPS, Greg and Gage especially, were extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They detected a problem which was a leaky water heater, processed the order and installed the new water heater within the 26 hour window. The work was challenging as I have a unique water heater; however, all was completed efficiently. I am so thankful to EPS. I would certainly recommend them!

EPS was amazing! My water heater broke on a Sunday and they fit me in first thing Monday morning to replace it. It was a very large water heater that was out of stock many places and they went above and beyond to find me one that day and get it all replaced in one day.

They were very professional, did a great job and had a fair price. They also went above and beyond to explain some other plumbing things that I need to keep an eye out for.

I would 100 percent recommend them and use them again!

I needed a refrigerator wall faucet for the ice maker replaced. The faucet had a bad leak, so the main water line to the house had to be turned off. Greg with Emergency Plumbing Services let me know when they would be here and kept me updated on arrival status.

They were able to quickly determine what the repair would entail and provided an estimate. I was very satisfied with the quality of work. This was all done on a Sunday morning, so I was very happy to not have to wait until Monday. I highly recommend Emergency Plumbing Services.

I didn't have a good experience with this company. Quoted me an exorbitant amount to replace a small section of leaking copper under a cabinet ($500+). I had no choice so accepted-- right after they finished the repair another pin hole leak sprang up a foot next to their repair. They told me oh that pipe is bad-- you need to replace the entire pipe up to the attic now...which was quoted at $1500. Had a second opinion come in and replaced the pipe up to the attic for half the EPS quote. Second plumber told me that it should have never been repaired in the first place since it was clearly failing (was the second pin hole leak in that particular pipe) and the pressure should have been tested and lowered. Following all the repairs I reached out to them to see about negotiating a lower price for the initial $500 invoice since they say the work is under warranty yet it clearly didn't fix any problems. They didn't want to work with me so I paid the full invoice and moved on. Bottom line, they were responsive to get on scene quickly, but I received much better consultation and a more reasonable price going with a different company.

Came home from vacation to a water leak coming from the toilet. Greg, our technician, was able to diagnose the problem quickly! It only took two days to get parts and the repair was done in just a couple of hours. Greg was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He was also very patient when explaining what he was doing so overall it was amazing service. Highly recommend!!!

They were very professional and came in a timely manner as expected. I know everyone feels like they are more important to be serviced., But this outfit came before I expected them to arrive and identified my problem and gave me a fair price and a faster repair than I anticipated. I felt they were the most honest and friendly with taking my pain away with my plumbing issue with a one day repair. I can't say enough good about what they did for me on a family vacation were the family came into town to visit us at our house. All this was priceless to me.!!!

Thus company is amazing. They do outstanding work. Greg and Gage are awesome they have the best knowledge of problems and prices are the best in the business. Great customer service I have ever used. I will not use any other company for any plumbing problems.

Great company to work with! They were out to our property within 30mins for an urgent repair. They communicated throughout and gave suggestions based on efficiency. Greg is knowledgeable in his trade and very professional. We will be using him for all out plumbing needs.

Greg and Gage did a great job at replacing my ice maker water outlet for the refrigerator at a very reasonable price, almost 6 times less than what Roto Rooter technician quoted and also saved us from getting our dry wall cut out. Overall very satisfied with the work, pricing and responsiveness.

Edit: I called them again for kitchen sink clog removal and they were super efficient with the work and saved me more $$ as my garbage disposal did mot need replacement.

Greg was quick to respond to my plumbing emergency and kept me updated on his ETA as he was heading over to help me. He was very calming and assured me that he had the situation under control. He repaired my burst pipe quickly and he was nice enough to refer me to a restoration company to help me figure out how to deal with my water damage. I would 100% recommend him to a friend.
