We had our water heater replaced yesterday, and the service was excellent! The team was professional, on time, and very friendly. They explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Scheduling was seamless and impressively fast; the team was able to dispatch a technician to my home within just one day of our initial conversation. The professionalism of the team was evident upon their arrival. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home, even taking the thoughtful step of wearing shoe covers, which was greatly appreciated.
The job, which involved repairing two toilets, was completed in less than an hour. Both toilets are now functioning perfectly. Having dealt with several other plumbing companies in the past, I can confidently say that SDAC Plumbing stands out for their superior service, speed, and professionalism.

I had an excellent experience with SDAC on my washer valve replacement. They were extremely professional from start to finish—arriving right on time, communicating clearly. They were also very easy to get a hold of, which I really appreciated. No automated machines or long wait times—just direct, helpful communication.

They were incredibly accommodating and even made room in their schedule to come out the very next day. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and the price was very fair for the quality of service provided. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience.

They replaced a very old shower valve with a new Moen valve with individual cutoffs behind the plate. This was a much bigger project than I could handle and it was done quickly and cleanly. Very pleased.

David Hodge was awesome! Super friendly, wore shoe covers the entire time, and even removed them when going outside so not to get them dirty. Went above and beyond, was very happy with his work and he answered all my questions and wasn't pushy at all for upgrades like many other companies. Will definitely be doing future work with Bill Howe if this is what I can expect from their plumbers!

Kris was helpful, 💯professional, and really knowledgeable. He gave confidence and was conscientious of the floors and surrounding areas. I’m not saying I can’t wait for the next plumbing emergency, but when and if it happens we will definitely call Bill Howe, and request Kris. Thank you! Five stars!

Xavier came to my home to check the garbage disposal. He was honest, and determined nothing was wrong. Xavier was a very polite and friendly young man. While he was here he fixed a problem with the toilet. I highly recommend Xavier!!

Josh Duran was awesome and so friendly. One of the best plumbers we ever worked with. Awesome guy and he makes your company look very good and professional.

Neiko and trainee did a fantastic job of unclogging a very plugged toilet. Very much appreciated. Very knowledgeable plumber. Showed up on time. A+ experience.

Work not finished. Here is the one photo out of the bunch your worker would not send me of the water running etc.
I would like all his photos to put in album for future plumbing issues.
They only made 7” bigger hole. Saw leak. Excuses not to fix it. Still without water for over a week. Plants dying etc.
They have reasons and excuses for every question. Bill Howe should be ashamed.

Kai was very personable, very professional and very efficient with the service he performed. I was so thrilled that he showed up early and quickly completed the work. He kept me informed with the work he was doing, answered all my questions, and was very re-assuring with his answers. It reminded me of why I go to Bill Howe and trust the work they do because of individuals like Kai.

The tech that came to check out the air conditioning was nice and knew about the different products. I’m glad that he helped me. I recommend them.

Doug was great, got the job done fast and well, and now we can take care of the garden without wasting lots of water in faucet leaks.
