Initial problem was high water pressure detected by an inspection - regulator had failed. Also small leak detected on main line near the regulator - agreed to recommendation to replace main line from city meter. Corrosion observed on some interior shutoff valves - recommended install of electronic de-scaler and replace corroded valves. All work professionally done in one day by Jason and additional team members, and work areas cleaned before they left. All I had to was write the check. Excellent job!

The city needed to turn off our water and warned of possible issues afterwards. We were concerned about our tankless water heater and were advised by the manufacturer that it should be turned back on by a plumber so I called Plumbing Plus who had serviced it a few months ago. I was so happy with a next day appointment!
David and Jared powered the water heater back on and checked our main shut-off. Fortunately they found the pressure regulator was bad (33 yrs old) and our water pressure was too high. They were so patient and kind with my retired engineer husband who had to double check with his own gauge. They replaced the regulator while they were here and everything has been working well since.

After four other plumbers said an undermount sink could not be installed under our kitchen granite countertop, PlumbingPlus owner Mike came out to take a look on Christmas Eve and found a way. After considering the project some more, Mike recommended an even better way to do the installation during a second site visit on Dec 29.

PlumbingPlus plumber Martin came to the house on New Years Eve and completed the rather difficult installation. His work was efficient and thorough and we're really happy with the result.

Tony just serviced our water heater and did a great job. He reviewed his service before he started and gave me a complete breakdown of of his service. The job was finished with complete satisfaction. I would have him again if needed.

The technician you sent to my house, Tony, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the job. He was also very kind to my 2 dogs even though one barked at him every time he came into the house. He was very thorough on his evaluation of all my plumbing inside the house and told me what I needed to keep an eye on or what needed attention. He left the area he worked in clean and neat. I called them to get a quote for replacing a kitchen faucet with “one of the same”. They refused to give me a quote over the phone and insisted, same as all others, that they need to see the job. OK

They were pretty efficient in scheduling an appointment and their person came reasonably on time. Good!

However when he came he was looking for methods to get more assignments and put me on their maintenance plan “I need to check your water pressure, I need to check your water quality.. etc”. I hate that!

At the end they were almost twice as expensive as the guys I went with, who were great.
They also quoted me one number and they sent me a different (higher) written quote.

They need to reduce the efforts on marketing and focus on getting their prices down!

My tankless water heater died. Plumbing Plus was everything you want in a contractor: nice, honest, on-time, responsive, clean, and courteous. Jake Berke was my tech and he was thorough and professional. I recommend highly. Additional comment: I discovered a minor leak the day after my Friday installation. I texted Jake (on a Saturday morning) and he came out and fixed it. He had a smile on his face and took care of it, pronto. These guys will have my business as long as I'm in their service area.

Great service from Martin Ruiz of Plumbing Plus. We had a leak in the water pipe coming into our house and he quickly diagnosed it. He had some issues getting the parts but stuck with it and found them downtown. Once he had the parts he quickly fixed the problem. Great job!

We had a section of cast iron drain pipe in the crawl space of our house that was very old and leaking. Jake and Cole came out and quoted the job at a very fair price. They inspected the rest of the house and pointed out a few other plumbing things we may want to consider repairing. There was no pressure at all from them to do any of the repairs. They built individual quotes where we could pick and choose what repairs we wanted done. We selected what we wanted done and they came back the next day and got everything done. They removed the cast iron, replaced it with ABS, installed the new garbage disposal and faucet, and put in new valves. They were professional and did a great job. We've been using Plumbing Plus for a few years and will continue to come back.

Jake Berke from Plumbing Plus did an excellent job fixing our outside hose bib and flushing our tankless water heater. Explained all the steps, gave us options on our estimates. Thorough, polite, listened when we asked questions. A real credit to the Plumbing Plus company. We will definitely call Plumbing Plus when have plumbing needs.
Addendum: Changed the Star rating to 1. See pictures below. After flushing the tankless water heater it started leaking. It was not leaking before the flush. Called Plumbing Plus to come and fix the leak they created and was told that I would be charged to fix it. Ten years with Plumbing Plus. Well that is history, I will never call them again. Good luck with that customer model Plumbing Plus.
