Great price for a tech to come out and see if they can fix the problem. A part of the water regulator valve was broken from my ice maker so water was leaking into the freezer and on the floor. Maybe it took 40min to fix. Super fast and reasonably priced. Cost of site visit is included in the price to repair.

I had no idea what was wrong with my Avallon wine cooler, but they identified the problem quickly and replaced the damaged fan motor on the spot. It's back to normal operation and remains cool. The technician was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Overall, it was a great experience.

Konstantin came out and looked at my refrigerator and knew exactly what was wrong and causing water to leak. All with using a tool or removing a single panel or cover. I thought “wow” that is amazing, until I was told the repair cost 💲 1674.40. I said I would have to think about it. After I received the quote with descriptions of the repairs, I requested a list of the parts they would have order and install to get a better idea of the parts and labor cost breakdown and they refused. As a consumer, I like to know what is being installed and what type of labor cost I am agreeing to pay.

Unfortunately, Constant Appliance Service refused to provide any additional information citing company policy.

My Bosch dishwasher stopped mid-cycle, so I called Constant Appliance Service. They dispatched a technician the same afternoon, and he had it operational in within an hour. Very polite, explained what went wrong, and even gave recommendations for avoiding the problem in the future. The entire process seemed professional and stress-free. I liked how well they handled everything.

Beware — this company is not trustworthy.

I had a $1,400 microwave stop working. I run a general contracting business and have a solid understanding of appliance repairs. Initially, I suspected a bad magnetron, but after doing more research (and noticing there was no humming noise), I realized it was unlikely the magnetron and could have been one of several inexpensive components.

To save time, I called this local company. They sent a technician while I was on a jobsite. According to my wife, the technician simply turned the microwave on, did no real troubleshooting, and immediately claimed the “expensive” magnetron was bad. He then sent a $900 repair estimate.

The exact replacement magnetron for my model costs $50 brand-new on Amazon.

I called the company to question the diagnosis, and they gave me several excuses and refused to refund the $90 trip fee.

Knowing the magnetron likely wasn’t the issue, I replaced it myself — and the microwave still didn’t work. In about 20 minutes, I confirmed what the technician should have checked in the first place. I then ordered an additional $40 in parts from Amazon and discovered the real problem: a faulty door switch costing under $20. Total repair time was less than an hour.

Do NOT use this company. They misdiagnosed the issue, attempted to sell a wildly overpriced repair, and refused to make it right.

It took 2 attempts and about a month to get the parts for our oven and the repair was very expensive but not when compared to the cost of a new downdraft dual fuel stove. Alex was knowledgeable and polite and kept us informed about our progress.

We did not have a good experience with Constantin Plumbing. We called them out to have work done on our icemaker and freezer door. The first visit they came out and told us we needed to have a plumber come out and do some work with the hoses and valves coming in and out of the refrigerator. So we had all of that work done, and then they came back only to tell us that they could no longer repair it as the parts that they needed were no longer available by GE. All of this information should’ve been found out at the very first visit. I have since called and emailed twice to find out the exact parts that they were ordering to see if I might find a different way to get them and I have had zero response back from them.

The self clean feature on my oven caused the inner glass in the door to crumble into hundreds of pieces. I contacted Constant Appliance Repair who came out the same day and gave me a quote which I thought was very fair. They then came out the next day and had me in business in less than an hour. Konstantain(?) was very careful in the way he worked in our house and a pleasure to talk with. I highly recommend them.

Dishwasher broke. A service rep was at my place with 2 hours after I called. Alex was polite, professional and answered all of my questions. The repair was done in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to call Constant Appliance Service again if I need repairs in the future.

Alex was great. Diagnosed the problem in about 30 minutes and returned the next morning to replace the compressor. That only took an hour or so along with recharging the coolant. Much appreciated!

Yan at Constant Alliance Service in Poway came out to repair our LG refrigerator. He was friendly, very knowledgable and efficient. Gave us a reasonable and accurate quote, placed order for parts and completed the job in record time. 3 days from first meeting to successfully completed job. Yan was trustworthy and again, very knowledgeable. In a world where we are unsure who to trust, Yan was a welcome relief. Many thanks for a job well done.

The technician seemed good however there was zero follow-through. I asked them to call me with prices. There was absolutely no follow-through. I would never use him again.

I am quite frustrated with the service provided as he had to flip the dishwasher on its side and he didn’t put anything down or ask to have anything down to protect our hardwood floors. It was also very frustrating because I tried to ask him questions on what the problem was and he was incredibly non responsive in his clipped answers. I felt uncomfortable talking to him about anything.

Our hardwood floors are now all scratched up, and it was a very preventable problem. I’m incredibly upset.

Great experience overall. My refrigerator stopped cooling, and I was worried it was going to be a big issue. The technician arrived in a couple hours.. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it. It did take about 90 minutes, which was as expected because it was not a quick fix, but they were efficient. Definitely a good service.

I was lucky enough not to have a need for any repair for long, so when my dryer failed, I didn't know where to apply and just called the first service center found on google. Next time I will apply here too, as all the work was done quickly, for little money and with a long-time warranty, but seems like I will not need the last, as everything works perfectly.

The technician arrived at the promised time. He was in a special uniform with the company's emblem, with a bunch of all kinds of tools and spare parts. As soon as I saw him, I immediately realized that he could help! The repair took literally 30 minutes and my range is now just new.

And now I also want to leave a good review because they are really professionals in their field. Separately, I want to say about the price. The repair cost was really inexpensive.
